Is it possible to add custom messages / hints that are shown to all users, when a envelope is created? Like this: 

Recently, some our Docusign users with DS Sender permissions have been experiencing issues sending envelopes from the Docusign platform. When they click on Envelopes and then Send an Envelope, the action receives no response and after a few minutes, the request fails with a ERR_CONNECTION_RESET (201) error. This issue is occurring intermittently for some of our users.Anyone has faced similar issue? 

Hello,I noticed the following. If, in a template with a predefined subject line, the ‘Customise email and language for each recipient’ checkbox is selected and then deselected again, the predefined subject line is overwritten with the file name of the stored template. The subject line remains unchanged even if the checkbox is selected again and must be adjusted manually. The email text itself remains unchanged.

We have multiple sites that we look after, every site has it’s own employer entity.We create all employment documentation centrally at head office, so how can I add different company letterheads to my envelopes? 

HiAs an admin, I’d like a report showing all envelopes sent during a specific time period, with details of who currently has each envelope in the signing process.Is this possible?Thanks in advance.Kenenth

Hello, I am new here and I wanted to get a copy of the document i signed a couple months ago but the link on the email i was sent has expired so i cannot access the document. I am the recipient and from my understanding of similar questions, it is only the sender/admin that could help me access it. However i also read that the account plan i have (free) could be reason because it might not support some advanced options. I was wondering if i upgraded to the “personal” plan i would be able to access that document from a couple months ago. My old admin does not work with the company anymore so i don’t know who to contact. Thanks for the help, Rafael 

If I have a document that needs to be signed by 3 different parties, and I don’t want the first signer to see the last signers information they have to fill in, is this possible to execute? 

When sending out documents to clients to sign , the data is getting distorted . Eg . The ‘Table of Contents’ page gets jumbled , the topics and their page numbers usually have spacking between them but now they are close to each other . As seen in the image , in the first line , the number ‘8’ should be below the ‘Page’ title . TL DR: “  when you upload a contract to Docusign , it distorts the content page when sent for signature “

Is there some way to have prefilled fields that don’t show up on the customer side?  My use case is a follows:Sender fills in a few prefilled fields that are needed as part of contract text Also need sender to complete other fields for internal tracking and downstream use with API or automations - not visible to signer.Is this possible? How can I do this? 

We have a signer from China who needs to sign a document requiring identity verification with an official ID. However, it appears that neither the Chinese passport nor the Chinese ID card is supported by DocuSign.Could you please advise on the available options in this case?

Hello helpers !When I send a document to my customers for signature, when all parties have signed,  we all receive the PDF with separately the Document  signed and the Summary.Is there a way to always attached the Document and  Summary together (by default). Honestly it is a pain to always have to managed 2 documents . Why the Summary is not attached by default to the document ?In cas of dispute, the signed document , without the Summary , is not very strongthank you Jerome

I would like to view a document still that was voided and then deleted to see what information was entered in the form fields and potentially shared with another signer. I found an envelope ID for the document in the Document and Envelope Retention Policy, but I cannot locate the actual document itself. How can I view the document? Thank you!

Hello community, We have been recently facing an issue consisting of our envelopes being massively blocked in quarantine or spammed by our recipients. Have you faced this before? If yes, what was the explanation/resolution for it?  Can you suggest a workaround -besides the SMS feature- that could make our recipients receive the envelopes we’re sending? -unfortunately it’s not possible to ask each one to check their quarantine and free up the blocked envelopes-Thanks dear community for your help,

When i click on a link on our website to open a document, I am getting an error, “Something went wrong, try again later”. I just inherited admin of our Docusign account. Any ideas what this could be?

No matter how many times I do those trainings such as clm administration, implementation consultant, build workflows etc. I still don't feel comfortable and confident with DocuSign workflows and design solution knowledge is not as good as other architects in my org. Tell me how can I get personalized attention and robust training model to make sure I know DocuSign thoroughly to be able to develop things. 

Hi! I’m feeling super frustrated and hope someone can help. We keep having incomplete documents signed by customers, which leaves us to either accept the docs as is without all the info, or go back to the customer and ask them to re-sign. My frustration stems from the following: 1) our sales people keep forgetting to add required fields to DocuSign docs before sending them for signature, 2) I can only see the fields assigned to me on the documents, so I can’t even double check to ensure all the required fields are included, 3) we can’t utilize templates in DocuSign for our orders, which are all custom, and 4) we have a standard subscription, so super basic capabilities. I’ve searched this community and online and can’t seem to find a solution for solving this in DocuSign. Has anyone else had the same issue and solved it?

Hello, I created a new Docusign envelope template in SalesForce and I have this error message “Source object is blank”.  I created this template using the “Clone” button from an existing template.  Also, I notice the “Main Data Source” column is blank for the cloned template, but not for others.  I think this clone feature is broken.  There is no screen I can find where I can make this selection. 

How if at all possible can I retrieve documents from earlier this year and to print

I am creating a webform from a template to capture customer information. When generating the webform from the template it auto adds the signer role fields. This field is capturing the signer's/customer's name. This field name also flows through to the finished signed agreement. Its listed as By: on the completed agreements page. But to help everyone in our company, I need the By: to be the company name. Is there any way to do this? Thank you

Hi,I’ve tried to get docusign support several times. Even though I’m logged in on window one, the support page opens in a new window and I’m not logged in there and it won’t let me log in. I wanted to cancel my account today but they charged me before I could get to it. Have I any hope of a refund? I can’t even contact anyone to ask. It’s really a horrible site for support and I would use something different the next time I need something signed.

Hello, I have a quick question. I want to get rid of the frame around the signature. I have changed my settings. I have cleared the cache. I have done everything. When I go sign the document, the frame continues to appear. I do not want the frame. How do I fix this? I have tried to sign it on the mobile app, but it continues to crash, and I cannot.  Thank you for any help in advance. 

we have a template we want to use for a bulk mailmerge. the cSV mailmerge template requires a ‘role’ at the start of each column. How do i assign to a role that doesnt require a signature?
