Different users with access to DocuSign Shared access cannot correct envelope

I’m an admin and have provided shared access to one user account to multiple users. When the users are trying to correct bounced back emails by using the Resend button, they can go in and commence correcting it, but then an error message appears “Something went wrong. Please try again”. The envelope is then showing status of Correcting, but no one can access it. The help material says this should be ok in 15 minutes, but not the case. When I test out trying to correct the envelope there is no issues. All users have been given “edit” access.

Just a suggestion: could you try to use a different browser and/or use an incognito window?

Try these two. Otherwise, I’d suggest to open a ticket in the support area.
