Melanie has already provided loads of information on how you can check, if this is a legit Docusign envelope.

On the first glance, it looks like a valid envelope from the Docusign system. However, forwarding it as an attachment to verify@docusign.com to have it checked is the best option to receive an automated validation from Docusign.
