Hello, I am having the same issue. I am using a free trial account, and trying to generate a new envelope. However, the page just remains stuck on the loading screen. I was able to create one envelope previously using the google integration with gmail, and that worked successfully. I have tried clearing cache and cookies and it has not resolved my issue, and now I am also unable to generate a new envelope using the google integration feature. How can I resolve these issues?
Edit: I resolved the issue, the google integration was generating draft envelopes but was erroring when transitioning from gmail to docusign so it did not show up on my account. The loading error was due to me having too many drafts generated.

You may try to do basic troubleshooting by following these steps:
To clear the cache and cookies in your browser, follow the instructions based on your specific browser:
Desktop browsers:
Chrome:
Click on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner.
Go to "More tools" and select "Clear browsing data".
Choose the time range and select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
Click on "Clear data."
Firefox:
Click on the three-line menu icon in the top-right corner.
Go to "Options" and select "Privacy & Security" from the left sidebar.
Scroll to the "Cookies and Site Data" section and click "Clear Data".
Check the boxes for "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content".
Click on "Clear".
