If I have 20 different envelopes, is there a way for me to add myself as a “Receives a copy” recipient one time, without me having to do it within every envelope?

How do I change my password if the site doesn't recognize security question

We have a role in our docusign template that is not signing anything, but needs a PDF copy of the completed document. I have them last in the signing chain as CC'd, but they don't appear to be receiving a pdf copy (the signers and senders are receiving the PDF copy because I enable the setting in signing settings). I have been through all of the signing and sending settings and had not see any setting that would unlock this.

Hello community! I wanted to ask the following question - I have a travel form I am wanting to turn into a template. The form would be accessed by the traveller. They would fill out all appropriate fields and once completed, it would then be sent to the signer for review/signature. Could anyone assist me on how to create these steps in the template?

Is there a limited number of times you can re-send an envelope?  I have some people I send an envelope to, and sometimes it takes a long time for them to respond, so I re-send it weekly until they respond, but I feel like after a certain time, they may not be getting it anymore.  Is there a time period or a number of times that are limited in the system? 

New user/administrator.  Have uploaded a .docx gile to use as a template.  Can’t figure out how to insert custom fields into that template.  Want to insert dates, fees, signature fields.  Will then send template to recipients one at a time in different envelopes.  Each envelope will be an agreement with different dates, fees, recipients, etc.  

Getting ready to possibly use bulk send for the first time.  I would have five templates that I would send out separately as a bulk send envelope  Each template is 2 pages long with one signature page.  Each of these have varying numbers of recipients - one is only 28 , while another is 277.  The support person I spoke to on the phone said that it would be five envelopes, but the more I look into this, the more I’m thinking that each separate signer would be considered an envelope.  We have only 200 envelopes with our account so this sounds like it is going to get very expense very quickly.  There are privacy concerns so I will not add all to same line, they have to be sent individually.  In total, I’m looking at 907 signed documents sent back to me.  Would that then generate 907 envelopes that I’ll have to pay for?  If so, not for sure how this saves any money.  

In the past I have uploaded multiple files into one envelope in docusign, then once signed download them as one pdf.  An example is a SOP with multiple forms.  Once signed I could download them as one document instead of several.  Is this not available anymore?

I have choosen one option in a file but then I realized that the questionaire has not to be filled by me. Now, I can’t leave the page in blank, I only can choose one of the options. But not one applies to me.How can I “undo” the option selected leaving the page totally blanked 

Hi,we set up a template that need 10 people to fill the document and sign one after one.The last person check if all the document is correct and if it is not the person that made the mistake need to correct that and move on again.My problem is that i can only see the option that if something is incorrect you can decline the sign but you have to start the envelope from the beginning.Is possible to decline and re-send the document to a previous signing step and not re-do all the document?KR,Giacomo.

Is it possible to deactivate the Combined PDF download option?Why? The combined PDF does not include the signers certificates and we want to make sure that downloads of signed contracts include the signatures. 

Hi there, I am about to exceed my envelope limit. If I delete old envelopes that aren’t needed anymore, will I be able to continue or do I need to upgrade my plan? Thanks in advance. 

I was tasked with creating a corporate account for my client. I figured admin accounts (initial setup) would be tricky as they often are...so I called sales. Waited on hold for an hour and no one ever came. I created an esignature account anyway (while on hold) and did not have the “Get Started” button per the “Create an Organization” support document. The document stated I must contact support to enable the Docusign Admin feature. I called support and finally got to a human who hung up on me. I called back and got another human that, after much confusion, could not assist with this and had no idea what I was talking about. They emailed a link to create a support case. I had to read Docusign’s own support document to the support person! If this is how Docusign handles support for business users and teams then I want no part of it. I was trying to make sure I understood how to create the initial account correctly and verify the company domain name and block users from using the company

Hi community!...Is there current functionality which will allow me to extract an envelope ‘History’ report for a set of envelopes, via reporting? (Use case: I have identified a list of envelopes I need to provide to Audit, and I need to evidence if a customer has downloaded the envelope contents, which, as far as I’m aware, can only be obtained from / via the envelope ‘History’ function). Hope this makes sense?...Tks in advance!

I was sent a envelope to sign with my wife from France, I was able to sign, she coudn’t get verified so wasn’t able to sign , I need to send my signed copies back to the sender in France but are enable because the folder is not complete and  is about to expire . How do I procced . Thank you

I opened the mailbox and see the contract and was trying to sign, but envelope that has been signed. but we didnot have one name robin!so who sign it for me?  

I understand that DS Viewer can only sign documents AND it is a paid account. However there is also a free account for signing documents : https://www.docusign.com/en-gb/free-account What is then the point/purpose of DS Viewer within the context of an organisation?

Does DocuSign allow to send conditional set of documents through an envelope based on certain field values? For example, if an University has 3 campuses, then Student who belong to Campus 1 needs to sign Document 1, Document 2, and Document 3 where as Student who belong to Campus 2 needs to sign Document 3, Document 4, and Document 5. Once student has signed, then same set of documents needs to be signed by admissions rep and parent.

Hi,is there any option to keep the original html format of an email, when it is uploaded to an evelope in DocuSign? Actually the mail is converted to plain text and so the used formatting, incl. tables look terrible.Thanks.Kind Regards,Marc

When I send an envelope all recipients (signer and copy received) receive an email notification; however I’ve noticed that when I correct an envelope and resend only the signer is receiving the email notification and not those that are copied. How do I change it so all recipients receive the email notification when an envelope is resent? Thank you. 

I am trying to modify a document that has already been signed and it is giving me a message that says, “Without the owner password, you do not have permission to create or modify annotations in the document.”  How do I get the password or remove this feature?

One of the security questions to access my documents to sign asked me to identify the color of a former car. Problem: none of the choices had the right color of the car. I wasn’t allowed not to answer so I picked one at random and failed the test and couldn’t access my documents. Extremely annoying. What to do now?

I have a form that needs to be sent to minors and their parents/guardians.In some case, minors have their own email address and are perfectly competent to fill out the form.  In this scenario, I then just have a box where their parents/guardians (who will be listed as an additional recipient, with their own email) can sign to confirm they are aware of everything that’s been asked of in the form and they are happy for us to have this info.HOWEVER, and here lies the question…Some minors (e.g. 11 yr olds) don’t have email addresses (in which case I would use the parents email), or do have an email but aren’t fully competent to fill in the form. Can I make it so their parent or guardian could fill in that section on their behalf, but also so that the minor could fill in their section if they were competent enough.In essence, can you make it so that a filed could be filled in by either recipient?Many thanks,TeulaB

I am working in a big organisation, and someone sent Docusign to customer. Now I wanted to make some changes and to resend the same Docusign, how can I change sender name and email from my colleague details to mine. When I VOID and copy the Docusign, it is now allowing me to change Sender name and email.
