Calculation of environmental savings

The calculation of environmental savings shown in reports is not reliable, today the savings data can be very good and the next day that value goes down; I thought it was accumulated from the total envelopes sent.
Can someone help me by explaining that.

Are you looking at “all time” (comparing years) or a different date setting? The date might be what is making your numbers seem off.
