Can I restrict a user's ability to sign documents? I want certain users to have the ability to sign or initial documents, or issue documents for signature, but want to prevent their signing contracts via Docusign.

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!
I understand you would like to restrict the ability to sign documents for some of your users.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Admins can restrict users from sending documents but even the users with a DS Viewer permission profile will have the ability to sign documents.
