how come Sender of checklist cannot receive email notification after checklist fully signed by everyone? is there a way to let sender know or receive email notification? it is important to give sender a notification on it as sender is the initiator.
Every Docusign user can subscribe and unsubscribe from various Docusign email notifications.
Please share this Docusign Support article with the user and check whether the email notification for senders on envelope completion is checked or not. If not, simply adjust the desired email notifications.
