I run a volleyball club and use a webform for my club contracts.  I email out a link to the webform and they complete it.  How do I void the link if they do not sign the contract?  I don’t want them to go back and sign the contract after an extended period of time.  But I don’t want to delete the webform or template.

I hope you doing well. So voiding the sent webform would be easy. I can show you.
navigate to “agreements” tab in eSignature click on “sent” in left side panel and all the sent document and forms will be visible. locate the right once and click on void.
