A document is sent to a signer who signs the doc where he is supposed to sign. You don’t have the correct name of the client signer and need to change it. Can you make that change in DocuSign?
Changes can only be made before the signature is completed. If your signer has signed and clicked on ‘finish’ the document cannot be changed. Prior to signing, you can choose “correct”, make changes, and resend.
If you have more than one signer - for example: John and Mary: Mary adds her signature and clicks ‘finish’ - you can not longer correct Mary’s name/information. But you can still correct John’s name/information. If you make a correct and resend only John will receive a second email link to the corrected forms (Mary will not receive any notification).
hope this helps
