We had someone leave the company and would like to transfer her account to someone else.  How can I do that?

You will need Admin access to perform these steps.  You can close the departing user before you add the new user.  

If the departing user has active envelopes (documents awaiting signature), you may need to transfer these to another user. In the user details, there should be an option to Transfer Envelopes to a new owner.
