Is there a way to sign a document before sending to other recipient(s) for signature? I most frequently use DocuSign through the Procore integration, and follow these steps:Create the envelope and set the signing order with myself first. Click Send. Re-access the envelope via Procore or the email to sign.After I sign, an email is sent saying that I have corrected the document. At this point, the second signed can no longer access the document to sign.Has anyone figured out a solution to this issue? Many thanks in advance!!!

I have been sent a contract to sign by a publisher and it needs to be witnessed. Everyone else who needs to sign the document has signed it so I don’t want to mess it up by doing the wrong thing. I have signed it myself and now it is asking me to “assign a witness signature”. But there are no instructions how to do it and when I click on that field it looks like I am going to sign it again myself, instead of my witness. Could someone please explain the correct procedure? Thank you.

If I send someone a docusign to sign, does it automatically show the date? If they print the docusign as a pdf, does the date show? Or is it all dateless?

We signed a contract a couple days ago and we have a question and the sales rep has now ghosted us and does not return any emails. I can’t find a support phone number to call. Can anyone help us get in touch with someone at this company that will assist us with our question. I’m very concerned that the moment we signed a contract, we find it impossible to get any assistance.

Hi There,I just wanted to ask is it possible or how do I set up my DocuSign that I get an email each time someone has signed their part? I don't seem to be getting emails letting me know someone has signed until the last person signs. I used to get a message each time a person had signed.Thanks,Gary

Hello,I would like to disable the ability to download the Certificate of Completion from DocuSign account.Please note that I am not referring to the CoC attached to completion emails. I mean the ability to download it for the signers.The reason why I want to do this is that the CoC includes information such as the email address of the signers; in our context, we send envelopes to two counterparts and we do not want that they see each other’s email addresses.Thanks,Gianfranco

hello. i need to change some email addresses that i use each week. by that i mean, i send iout the same things every week to approx. 45 people. some people have changed their addresses but i can’t find an option to edit email addresses that i have stored in docusign that self populate when i out peoples names in.i’m losing my mind having to re-enter addresses every week for people who have changed their email addresses. thanks garnet

HelloAt the bank I work at, we only accept documents signed with Advanced or Qualified type of signature. When looking at the signed document and the certificate of completion, how I can tell which type of signature I am looking at? thank you

I've created a template to be used in Power Forms, but when I click on the three dots on the far right, the option to “Create Power Forms” doesn't show up, unlike with my other templates. I've tried deleting all recipient fields, I’ve also tried adding just a Role, but it still doesn't work. The template is currently set to "Needs to Sign" with no advanced settings turned on. What am I doing wrong? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 

I don’t see the approve button in my list of standard fields?  Can someone let me know how/where to find it so it can be added to a document?Thank you!Jennifer

I have a template created with the documents that require signatures. I am looking to see if there is a way to allow the recipient of the envelope to submit a copy of their Driver’s License and proof of insurance within the same emailed envelope? 

If a PowerForm initiator (signer 1) starts an envelope by clicking on the URL, filling in names/email addresses for named signing roles and clicks “Begin Signing” but doesn’t finish signing the envelope (because they got distracted for example), the envelope goes nowhere.  So, how would that signer (who doesn’t have a DocuSign account) get back to that envelope to finish signing it and sending it on? Will they get reminders, or since they were the initiator, do the reminders not apply?  If we clicked “resend” on the envelope within the application, would it generate a reminder to them to finish?

Hi, Is anyone else missing the templates tab? 

My signers are getting the same message after they sign and complete as they get before they sign. How do I configure a different email message to go to the signer AFTER they have signed? 

Getting this error when saving DOCGEN_PROCESSING_FAILURE  Cannot save any template.   Is this going to be fixed or we need to look for another solution?

I was recently added to DS Admin. However, after searching in a lot of places, and looking for information, I still can’t find the option to enable the Bulk Send, not even for me as Admin.Could someone help me, please?

Hi, I recently received scanned copies of DocuSign documents that I neither received any prior information about via email nor signed. The documents display an Envelope ID at the top and Certificate ID at the signature, but there are no timestamps or email addresses of any parties on the signed page. When I logged into DocuSign to retrieve information using the Envelope ID, I received an error message stating that the information could not be provided. The sender claims they only have a scanned copy and lost everything and cannot provide a certificate of completion.How can I prove this document is forged in a court of law? Envelop id :     

Hi, I would like to ask for 21 CFR Part 11 signature, the signing reasons will be cut when exporting the final signature document. Is there any solution for this since it does not meet the good document practice if content be cut off?

I understand how to add a delegate> I don’t understand why, when the delegate goes to sign the document, they sign as themselves.   I thought a delegate is for our case where we have an administrative assistant who monitors their manager’s signing workflow.   Why can’t the delegate sign with the manager’s name?

I have a template that only needs the originator to fill it out and their supervisor to sign.  But, depending on what boxes they selected, will need a copy sent to several different people that are not in the workflow.  How do I go about doing that? 

Hi I've been sent several documents to sign recently and I dont recognize any of the questions, I answer correctly that none apply and then I'm unable to sign.  This is a recent development.

I had sent document for signing on 26th Aug 7:00pm and received the auto-reminder mail in 17 hours the next day i.e on 27th Aug. This conclude that the reminders are not sent exactly after 24 hours?
