Why are the form fields blank after I send the document, even though I have filled them in and can see the completed form before I send?

Do they show blank even after the document has been signed or just when the document is in the signing process? Are the fields information visible for the intended recipient?

Once the document returns to the sender the fields are filled in. The concern would come from the client signing a blank document since they can’t see the documentation completely filled out on their end. The fields show blank for the signer experience.

If you are the admin on the account, please confirm that the following setting is enabled, if you are not the admin, please contact the admin on your account: Settings > Sending Settings > “When an envelope is sent, write the initial value of the fields for all recipients”: Fields and Properties
