Q. Are all documents passing our DocuSign account visible to everyone who logs in using the same credentials or we can limit certain documents to visible to certain signers? This particularly applies to employee contracts where we need controlled permissions.
A. If they share the same credentials is not possible to limit the view.
Q. If documents are visible to all, what is the cost of adding another user/account so we can segregate confidential documents from the rest?
A. If you have a Web Plan, it will cost the same as the plan that you acquired, if you have a Direct Plan you will need to contact your Docusgin Account Executive or create a case with Docusign Support.
To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case". Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center.
Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
