Hello,

I dont see option to Send envelope

 permission “Allow users to send envelope “is selected in permission profile, what can cause this issue?

 

 

It looks to me like the “Require a template for all envelopes sent from this account” is selected within the Sending Settings in eSign Admin. What makes me think this is that you do have the option to “Use a Template” which does allow you to send envelopes, but it doesn’t allow you to send ad-hoc documents.
