how the heck to i get docusign to resend me a document from a month ago that i did not sign from my lawyers? it is only a month old and i have tried to contact them but it wont let me through to ask anyone,,thanks

if the envelope is not expired, you can click the link in the notification email, it will send a new email notification for signing. the Default expiration for the url is click 5 times or in 48 hours. but if the sender set the expiration less than one month, you should ask the sender send you a new envelope.
