Templates with saved fields

Is there a way to save a template with the text boxes and checkboxes included? I regularly send a form with many text fields that I have to re-add each time. I don’t want to bulk send - this will be a form that is sent to new starters

Welcome to the DocuSign Community!

You can create the template in “template” section. Give the “Role” name to that template and then add all the field that you want to add in. then save template. By doing this you can use that template every time without adding the fields again.
