Hi Team,

we are not getting Continue or finish option after uploading document. we have integrated DocuSign with our application. this issue is happening with only 1 user however rest users are getting. attached image for yor reference.

we have done below troubleshooting but result is same.

  1. clear cache, history
  2. tried the same login with different devices
  3.  tried to use different signature.

 

 

is it embedded signing? do you send correct parameter for email/clientuserid/name in call create recipient view url?

Yes, it is embedded signing, and we have passed correct parameters. Previously it was working properly but from last week that continue option is not showing.
