we are not getting Continue or finish option after uploading document. we have integrated DocuSign with our application. this issue is happening with only 1 user however rest users are getting. attached image for yor reference.
we have done below troubleshooting but result is same.
+18is it embedded signing? do you send correct parameter for email/clientuserid/name in call create recipient view url?

+2Yes, it is embedded signing, and we have passed correct parameters. Previously it was working properly but from last week that continue option is not showing.
