When I create an envelope to send it uploads with a double text / blurry text as pictured. It does not look like this in my files on my computer before uploading. Please help!

Welcome to the DocuSign Community, as seeing your screenshot. there is a possibility that the document you are uploading, it has the signature “Auto Place” fields already in the template or document.

To verify it, open the document that you are uploading in the MS word and select all the area and color it in black.

it might be a case where the custom field has been added twice at the same place.


@Pawan Gangwani I am certain that the issue is not having the custom field placed twice because I have had to change some of the numbers with revisions for pricing, and the double / blurry issue is the updated number showing twice. If it was two fields overlapping, it would show the old number with the new number on top (causing the blur), but that is not the case.

I have the similar issue. We did that because we have two recipients and we configured it for signature one and signature two because the recipient 2 was not seeing anything when it was just signature 1. Is there some thing that we should? Thanks

This is happening to me also. This is on a field that is a “number” field and I have it set as “read-only” and then I am filling it in with a specific value before I send it. This field is used in a formula, so I cannot use a “pre-fill” field.

It’s duplicating itself. I tried moving the field and the doubling/blurry moves with wherever I place the field.

 

 

 

Here is how I have the field set up:

 


It was pdf and paid version. I have resolved this now. This happened if i had two signers and field was assigned to second signer. I made the field read only and assigned to first signer so its also visible to second signer and it do not appear blurry any more
