Missing signed documents

Hi. We use DocuSign quite often in our university.This semester, I’ve signed several forms for students in another department.Once I complete the DocuSign, I see a pop-up stating the completed document was saved to my account and it asks if I want to see it now or log out.I usually log out, but this afternoon, I wanted to see the completed document and it does not exist in my account. Then, I searched for the other student forms I signed this semester, and they weren’t in my account either.How can I keep a copy of what I sign when someone else sent me the envelope for signature? I assume I am not listed to receive a completed copy within the envelope. ??:/ Since I am advising these students, I need a copy of the forms I’ve signed.Any advice is greatly appreciated.Sincerely,Dawn

I am unable to recieve documents directly to my docusign. Typically when someone sends me something to sign or view, I can usually find it in the Action Required tab. However, lately it has not shown up there. I get the notification in email that I have a document, but its not listed where it normally is. The only way to access documents that have been sent to me is through email. How can I fix this?

Identifying Geolocations

We have identified an issue whereby a document has been signed by the same person rather than two people. So we are going to use Geo Locations to check this before making accounts live. So my question is can this information be included in DocuSign Reports? Or do you have to review this behind the scenes, any help will be appreciated. Thanks Rosemary

Delay in receiving completed envelopes

I sent an envelope to two people to sign simultaneously, and then back to my manager when the envelope was complete. Both signers signed the document, but we received no notification of them viewing the document or completing the envelope until 13 hours after it was complete. In this 13 hour period where it was signed by all parties, when I, the sender, went in to view the status, it was still ‘waiting’ with the assigned signers. This was a time-sensitive matter, and the lag time pushed us out an entire day. Does anyone else have this problem/is there a way to mitigate it?

Start Signing Process again Error

I have sent an envelope to someone, they are able to open the envelope and complete the document, once they select complete, an error message pops up stating that they have to start the signing process again and won’t allow the document to be signed. Is there a way to fix this error. I have sent the same document multiple times as well and the recipient gets the same error message.

I have a routine document that needs an attorney signature if the employee has an attorney, but not if there is not. I do not have the contact info for the attorney or knowledge of attorney in advance. Update recipients seems like the way to go, but I do not have it as an option in Recipient roles (greyed out). IT assures me I have been given the highest permissions, so does anyone know what needs done to activate it? or is there another solution?

In Person Kiosk Signing

We rent apartments, and in each leasing office is an iPad that is in Kiosk mode. We are trying to create a process roughly as follows:Someone enters office and indicates that this form must be created Our employee utilizes pre-fill fields to enter some required data The employee hands the person an iPad to finish filling out the form and collect a signatureBecause the iPads are in Kiosk mode, we don’t have a good way for our employee to initiate the signing process. We had the thought of creating a PowerForm for this, but it seems that is not an allowable use case. What other options might we have for facilitating an in-person signing experience using an iPad in kiosk mode?

Completed Envelopes show as "Action Required"

I have sent multiple envelopes to one signer, and he has completed signing each envelope. On my end they show as complete. On his end they show “action required.” Is there a way to mark them as complete on his end? (Four envelopes, dated from November 2023 through April 2024)

DocuSign sends the final version of the signed document (envelope completion email) automatically send to all signing parties. Is it possible to automatically send the “envelope completion email“ to other users who are not either senders or recipients? Thanks,Ibrahim

CADES digital signature

I have been advised by colleagues in Italy that they are required to use an e-Signature platform which is compliant with CADES standard signature type. I have found some information which mentions that CADES is a digital signature. I am still not clear however as to whether they can just AES or QES, dependant on the document requirements, or whether this is a completely different type of digital signature which is not supported by Docusign. Would anyone be able to advise on this? Many thanks, Claire

Issues with downloads

Hey out there, I am pretty new to DocuSign so maybe this is a easy question but when I sent multiple doc’s to be signed and get them back I hit download and it turns into a zipped file that once put into our shared file folder, when someone else tries to open the zip folder they cant open the files within. I hope this makes sense I’m trying to find a way to download all the doc’s without having to do 1 at a time. Thanks everyone!

Branding Email Resource file

Is there a way to send a different Email body for completed emails notification?Right now, docusign just picks the original email message and subject and appends some text for the completed email.With the resource file, I could update the subject for the completed email. But for the email body my requirement is to show a part of original email message, (like a substring). Is it possible to modify or access Data:emailblurb within resource file and just extract a part of it to show in the completed email.

I am trying to get a document signed and e-notarized, but cannot find any software options from Docusign to do so. Does Docusign have licensed notaries in the system ready to complete these tasks, or do I need to find my own notary and then add her/him to the standard signature process?

I am a Docusign Admin at my company and used to get a prompt when I logged in for NA2 or NA3. Now it just takes me to NA3 and my user accounts are not listed there. I don’t know what changed or how to fix it.
