Cannot upload JSON template

Hi there,

 

I am in urgent need to upload a few JSON templates into a new DocuSign account.

But the “Upload Json Template” feature i not there and I cannot see a chcekbox for “Enable template upload" under Sending Settings

 

Any idea how I can resolve this quickly?

Update: Issue solved.

While the checkbox for “Enable template upload" is not under Sending Settings I am now able to upload JASON files.
