We are due to go live with QES at the beginning of November.As you would expect we have watched the DocuSign video, which is very helpful, but for obvious reasons we wanted to test the process ourselves ahead of roll-out. However, when issuing a document (from the Sandbox) requiring a QES to one of the team using their work email address, the process didn’t work: issuing from live also didn’t work, but issuing to a staff member’s personal email address DID work and worked well. Is there a restriction that prevents us issuing to colleagues using their work email addresses - may be because they are already within one of our DocuSign groups? We never encountered that problem when testing documents requiring only a Simple Signature - even with the addition of 2FA. Do we need to tweak a setting?If one of the Community has experience of this, and can share, I would be grateful.Thank you. Alan

Good morning - I saved a document the other day (I clicked the ‘x’ which says ‘save and close’) but I can’t find the envelope to pick up from where I left off and send it out.  I’ve clicked on each tab and there’s nothing there.  Could someone assist with where I can find it?  I had had trouble previously trying to save and had to re-do it a few times as it kept saying that I had an error with my recipients.  The email addresses and phone numbers for 2-stage verification were correct, so I don’t know why there was an issue.  When I did a new envelope it seemed ok with it and I thought it had saved and closed it.  I’d rather not have to do it all again and want to understand where it goes and what I might have done wrong, or is this an issue with DocuSign with the recipient error?

Hi, at the “Home” tab, it reflects as 1 document is expiring soon but I cannot locate this document even if I select “All Time” or any document sent to me or by me etc. Is there a system glitch somewhere?

I have never had an issue with Docusign before. When I attempt to sign the document fails to load (imagine a spinning wheel).Any suggestions?

Please, help. All signed documents are coming with this message. How can I take it off?

We’re trying to make our first anual payment, but there’s no option in our account to do it, in the plan and billing option there’s no option to make the payment, we only have the option to update the payment method. If the payment has been made automatically, we also don’t have the option to manage the our invoices

Why are Recipient is being sent multiple emails to review and sign a documents even after they have completed the signature

Dear Community,just need a quick understanding if there is a way to send an envelope document for signature and receive an email from DocuSign copying my team members in that email that shows the progression of whom i have sent the envelope too ?i have tried doing co CCing my team and they were able to see the document however they were unable for some reason to see who have i sent this document too.   

I am sending a Real Estate agreement to 4 parties to sign. If I add the “date agreement” into the document, will DocuSign only add it after all parties have signed it and it’s sent back to me. I have not numbered the sequence for the parties to sign it so some may sign today and others may sign tomorrow. I just don’t want to receive it back with todays date if the final signature is not completed until tomorrow.

Hi all, So this is a frustrating situation- a user of mine is having an issue wherein despite having already signed/actioned documents/items- the status is saying that it still needs attention and there’s an exclamation point instead of a checkmark- however, when you click into those docs, it says that it’s been completed. We’ve reached out to DocuSign, and so far they’ve suggested clearing cookies/cached data and trying incognito/different browsers- we’ve done all that to no avail.  For reference, this only started happening fairly recently- around 4/16/24- prior to that, everything was working as expected. I’ve done some research online and so far haven’t been able to find any relevant info. Any help is massively appreciated! Thanks so much!

I am testing the way SMS delivery works in my demo account.  I sent a envelope using my number to see if the SMS work.  I never accepted the text but voided out the envelope and now I get an ERROR # has not given consent to receive notifications.  How do I fix this so I can use my number again for testing?

I don’t see an option to correct an envelope I just sent out. Why?

I have been talking to a lot of people at Docusign both in the support department and in the sales department and it appears there is no solution to this process - so just leaving this here in case someone has a work around or there are any further developments.  I would like to be able to send a document to an internal person for approval, that doesn’t then register the document as “signed” and still allows for corrections - mainly being able to swap out the document.  The reasoning here is once the document is approved and sent to the external client, we often receive requests for amendments, and it’s currently costing us a fortune in having to void envelopes and resend a new one.  Whilst I can take this internal approval process offline and out of Docusign, and instead send the document to the client first, I would really prefer to have the entire process kept within Docusign.  If the “needs to view” function didn’t automati

I was trying to sign a document sent by notary but it systematically fails. It seems that my Danish passport is not properly recognized. I have tried many times by taking a picture with different angles, also tried to send a scanned PDF… Now I tried so many times that I have reached the maximum number of attempts. Yet, I succesfully signed another document just a couple of weeks ago.So what is the issue here?

Hi, is there any way that I can restrict the visibility of ECFs to specific users/groups.  I would like the ability for certain users to tag envelopes, but do not need this ability org-wide.Thanks, James

Hello everyone,Is it the "standard" workflow in DocuSign that I cannot sign a contract directly when I create it, if it's meant to be signed by both myself and the other recipient? So far, I've been setting myself as the first recipient and then having to sign it through my email before the signed contract gets sent to the other recipient.Is there no way to sign the document directly while creating it, without going through the extra step of signing it via email?Thanks a lot !

We just joined Docusign with a standard edition using 1 seat.  I’m the admin.  When was setting everything up, I added 3 users to the seat.  I need to add another user.  Per the online support instructions,  when I click settings then users, I don’t see the “add user” button.  I only see an “add seat” button. Do I need to purchase another seat to have 4 users active?

Hello all, I am currently being presented with a contract and have been informed I signed but on the contract provided it only says electronically signed and no where on the contract does it have my name or digital signatures.I was provided an envelope ID and have went to my account (which i have add since 2013) to look at past agreements and there is no document during that timeAlso, when i go to the following  https://app.docusign.com/documents/details/{envelope_id} while on my accountI get an error that says “unable to access the envelope”I called docusign support and they were able to see the completed certificate of completion and say my email is

As an administrator, is there a way to bulk Void envelopes, even if it was not initially sent in bulk?

Some word files (docx) do not show on the new template builder.  Some do.  I am not sure what makes a difference between the one that show and doesn’t.  What can I do to make sure all documents show on the template builder?

Where can I view the reminder schedule once an envelope has been sent?

We cannot find the option to set up emailing the invoice to the main user/admin email address, once the invoice has been issued. It is quite annoying to have to log in into the account each time the accounts department asks for the invoice. Is this feature available and we just can’t find it? Or, if it’s not available, could it be made available anytime soon? Most companies now routinely email invoices (PDFs) once they are issued. Mike
