Problem with one field in Bulk Send

I have uploaded my CSV file using the CSV template.  I’ve left some fields empty because I don’t know what they are for.  But one field - Requestor::First Name is not coming through and even though I accept the matching exception, I end up with an error message after I do. The names in the First Name column match the first names that are also included in the Name column...not sure what I am missing.

Was the CSV created by you? Can you try downloading the sample CSV? If you are using the sample CSV, can you try changing Requester::First Name to Requester::Name?: Generate a Customized CSV File for the Bulk Recipient List

Was the CSV created by you? Can you try downloading the sample CSV? If you are using the sample CSV, can you try changing Requester::First Name to Requester::Name?: Generate a Customized CSV File for the Bulk Recipient List

Hello.  Your recommendation got me past the error message.  However, I later found an anomaly that is causing some of the recipients not to be able to add their last name.  🤔Something to figure out for the future...
