Hi DS friends - 

Does DocuSign allow me to change the email address of a signer that has already signed a document? We use the custom report feature to receive daily reports of those who have signed our agreements and add it to an Excel workbook database, which has formulas that looks at the email addresses to update each contact. I don’t want to keep having to manually change a particular signer’s email address every time we update the database with the DS report data. Any thoughts?

Correct Envelopes only work on envelopes and recipients that have not been completed, once the status is marked as completed no modifications can be made to the envelopes.
