I’m currently using a Powerform for exception handling for procurement (users are to complete the powerform if they will be waiving the procurement competitive bid process). Our users are asking if there is a way to included custom wording in each email message when it goes out for signature, specific to the waiver request. It doesn’t appear that can be done, nor can private messages be included to the signatory. Can someone advise of any workarounds or alternatives?

There is no option to set a custom message for each recipient that opens the Powerform, to see if there is a potential workaround could you tell us how are you distributing the Powerform?
Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic.
