Ability to customize the email message or private note for a PowerForm

Question

I’m currently using a Powerform for exception handling for procurement (users are to complete the powerform if they will be waiving the procurement competitive bid process). Our users are asking if there is a way to included custom wording in each email message when it goes out for signature, specific to the waiver request. It doesn’t appear that can be done, nor can private messages be included to the signatory. Can someone advise of any workarounds or alternatives?
