I am the admin of the account and we our plan is eSignature Business Pro - but I do not have the Signature Adoption Configuration option to set up the requirement for a “drawn signature” 

 

Can anyone help me about why this option seems to not be available? 

 

If you’re the Admin for your account ri am], go to the Settings page then Signing Settings si have] and configure the Signature Adoption configuration oi dont have this] , you can enable the option for drawn eSignatures rnope]. After that, your envelopes sent to the recipients with Sign Here fields will give to them an option to drawn a signature unope].

Per the community guidelines (https://community.docusign.com/site/terms) we can only provide you with general information, the Account Admin will need to contact Support directly for Billing Inquiries, Account Change Requests, or Feature enablement. Your plan should have the Signature Adoption Configuration enabled, you will need to open a Support case and have the Support agent review the account configuration at the backend. To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case". Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
