I’m doing some research to determine how my organization is using DocuSign.  I pulled the envelope recipient report just out of curiosity at first, because I thought it would be too detailed to be useful. However, I noticed that several recipients are getting large numbers of duplicates that I don’t think could possibly be from human error. For example, one recipient got the same document 141 times, as 141 different envelopes. I’m not having much luck talking to a human from DocuSign, but wonder what folks think. Hello,I corrected an envelope to remove reminders. Upon completion, it said “sending”. Is it notifying all recipients?I am trying to avoid additional emails to recipients.Thanks!

Hello,I’ve seen a few questions on here about the frame around the signatures and initials, and the advice is to go into the admin account. However, I have a free personal account, so I’m not sure if this is a feature on my account. Is there any other way to remove this frame? It’s making it hard for me to read the other text.

Hello, I am working on a Docusign Webform connected to a template and I’ve run into an issue with field mapping. Specifically my Webform includes a “Phone Number Field” which is required under recipient connections (this is the phone number field type in webforms), but when I try to map it to a field on my template, it does not link. I believe this is because the phone number type field on the webform does not connect to a text field on a template. When I looked the template does not have a phone number validation field.  I have confirmed:the recipient roles match between the webform and template Other text and email fields map correctly between the webform and template The issue only occurs with the webforms “phone” type field. Could you confirm if the webforms “phone” fields are supported for mapping to template fields? I don’t know what to do! I signed up for Docusign Standard Edition for an initial 5 seats via Techsoup for $100 in March of 2024. I work at a credit union and use docusign often. The text that we put in the docusign message is not easily seen by members when they receive a message from us with instructions for what to do in the document and how to access it. Is there any way to increase the size and prominence of those messages?

I am very frustrated a I would like to cancel my subscription & get a refund. There seems to be no contact number or email address available to cancel. 

Dear [Support/DocuSign Team],I would like to confirm how the envelope usage works in our current DocuSign subscription.We have 2 user licenses with a total of 200 envelopes. I’d like to know if the envelope count resets monthly, or if the 200 envelopes are a fixed allocation that does not renew once used.For example, if we use up most of the envelopes within a month, will the envelope count reset back to 200 at the start of a new month?Looking forward to your clarification.

Need to enable the ‘set signing order’ which was disabled in error when i cliched ‘i am the only signer’. I have multiple signers and cannot proceed 

We have several clients whose IT security prevents Docusign emails from reaching them. They are either not technically adept, or not interested in telling their IT provider to whitelist Docusign. Is it possible for us to create a docusign envelope, and then send a link for that envelope from one of our company email addresses to our client?I tried to ask customer support about this, received an answer for a different question. Hopefully this forum will be a better place to ask technical questions.

Hi,Previously as Admin I have had the option to select Shared Access from the Agreements tab, loggng in this morning that selection is no longer there. I was wondering who to fix this? See screen shot below. 

Is it possible to add a recipient role just for review of documents (with no need to sign) before a 2nd recipient who needs to sign?If the reviewer does not agree with the document content he needs to be able to reject the envelope and the 2nd signer should not get the envelope for signature in that case.I looked at the Needs to view option but don’t see how you can reject if the reviewer does not agree with the document content. 

I have a process in CLM where a user can choose a previous record (has a lot of project info fields that need to be presented to the user upon selection and ran through workflow) to append a document to.  We’ve designed it to use a doc gen form that has a CSV choice dropdown for users to select from.  The problem is that the CSV has timeout limitations over 5mb, seems to work slightly higher size (eg. it times out when the file too big).  We’ve removed unnecessary columns to help with file size.  Inevitability we’ll have too many records and the “time out” will come back.     Does anyone have any suggestions for a creative solution to solve for this limitation so it’s never a problem? Hello,Like many, we received a notice about DocuSign migrating to Azure.  There is a mention if inbound connections/allow-lists from DocuSign.  Currently, we do not have any inbound connection rules on our firewall relating to DocuSign.  We are uncertain as to why there would even be incoming connections.  What would these connections be for?  Are we talking about email whitelists, perhaps?Thanks!

Hello Community,I am using docusign to create documents, and send them for signatures. but I also wanted to create custom fields and fill them via the API and send them for signs.Now I was able to figure out that the DOCUSIGN API does provide this, but as a addon to a plan. On the API pricing page, I cannot see anything relevant. So please guide me, which API plan should I get and how much does the add-on cost? nothing is mentioned on the pricing page. is the Starter ($50/mo plan) enough for my use case?And how do I get the add-on for doc generation? do I first buy the API plan?

Hello everyone.I'm adding a textbox to a contract I'm trying to fill out and when i try to resize the text to fit along the according lines it doesn't let me. The selected text box only lets me move it around but does not let me resize it using the expanded arrows on the corners. its like the text box has a fixed size.Is there a fix to this?

I am a single user who needs to perform bulk sends.  I just upgraded to an eSignature Business  Pro account to gain this feature and the layout from the “how to” video does not match what I’m seeing.  Specifically, the “Bulk Send” link doesn’t pop up.  Any suggestions on what to do?

I needed to send out a Docusign waiver to families.  Signatures are on top of each other, I guess they were not private and everyone is seeing the same document and signors. What do I need to do to correct this or what did I do wrong?
