Is there a way to retrieve comments added to documents in Docusign CLM through an API or any other available mechanism?

Our goal is to analyze comment data to identify trends, such as “There are many comments pointing out issues related to X.” We understand that comments can be viewed in the UI and downloaded as Word documents with comments included, but since we need to process multiple documents, accessing comment data directly via API or similar methods would be much more efficient.

If this is possible, could you please share the relevant approach, API endpoints, or implementation examples?
If it is not supported, we would appreciate confirmation of that as well.
