Hi! An envelope was "voided" and disappeared while other signatures were pending. Checked with support and was told to review envelope history...but the envelope is gone and there is nothing to click ,...any ideas?

How do I send an lease application to a client, as a fillable pdf, so they can complete it online?

Contract language remains the same for all contracts I send, but each contract lists an estimate number, description of work, and estimated price--or multiples of these if the client is agreeing to multiple estimates. Is there an option to customize the PDF I've saved as the template to include that information?, or do I have to create a new PDF each time?

Sending original document send is working. The signer is unable to open the DocuSign. Internally and externally.

Hi,I have to send documents that contain certain information corresponding to the billing details of a company must be completed (see image)That it's not practical to do it by dragging the custom/standard fields, so Im thinking of creating templates. The problem is that the document that we send have some modifcations in the conditions, so my question is, what do you think is the easiest way to complete it?I have in mind maybe create a template just for complete billing details and once the recipients complete the main document will be redirect to this one, is it possible or what do you think?Thanks

Why did my recent operating agreement not get a signature certificate?

A candidate signed the confidentiality agreement but did not select a box related to prior inventions. Can I resend that completed document to have them select one of the boxes? Or do I need to send a new envelope?

I am missing an essential feature in Docusign in my role as signatory of contracts: A proof reading loop with my legal department and experts when I get something to sign. If I receive a signature request I would like to "delegate" it for a proof reading to my legal - may be similar as delegating signature. Anyway this should forward the envelope to one or more email and add it to the signing process. The legal person should have the possiblity to approve it for signing and after clicking on "finish proof" should be asked for a comment. Then I would get the envelope back with the comment and would be sure, that I can sign it. Maybe it should be selectable, if such a loop is documented in certificate or notIn addition a role "proof" should be possible, which would allow the sender to define a proof reading address and then forwarding to the signatory. Hi, how can I edit the date format after the document has been signed?

The feature to send an enveope to a contact person who nominates the signatories is very useful. Anyway one has to define the roles and thus define the number of signatories, which in many cases is not known. It would be helpful to have a feature to let it up to the receiver how many signatories are put in. E.g. I would define the role CEO as signatory and send it to the assistant and he/she could add more than one person. In this case the signature field would represent the signature of the first signatory and maybe a note "+ 3 signatories" or something like this.

Docusign said a document was completed but only one of the 18 pages was signed. 1. How did this happen? and 2. How to resend envelope? Do I need to recreate completely?
