We got notice regarding Transaction moving to Microsoft Azure but if production is hosted on AU, CA, and JP1 servers, then there is no impact. How can we know if we are impacted or not as we are located in CA and using https://www.docusign.net/restapi and https://demo.docusign.net/restapi

I am experiencing an issue where the user would fill out a HTML webform and on submit, it would post the data to the DocuSign Powerform. I am receiving some submissions where the data is blank on the Powerform. Has any experienced something like this before?

I sent a document to be signed by myself and 2 others.  Everyone has signed but when the document was returned to my box there are now red sign here boxes over the signatures of the other 2 signers.  My signature is clear.    I can see their names under the red box but I can’t use it as it is.I would like to talk to someone form Docu Sign before I cancel my subscription but that seems to be an impossibility. Thanks

I need to confirm this configuration is supported: Upload PDF (with AcroForm fields or place DocuSign fields manually) Recipient A (Form Filler) = Needs to Sign, no signature/initial tabs — just text/number/date fields assigned to A. Recipient B (Director 1) = Needs to Sign with signature/date tabs. Recipient C (Director 2) = Needs to Sign with signature/date tabs. Signing order: A = 1, B = 2, C = 2 (so directors receive/sign in any order after A finishes). Auth: Access Code/SMS for A; SMS for B & C. Questions: Will Recipient A be able to complete the ceremony (click Finish) without any signature tab, and will routing then continue to B & C?

Hello Community. I have a free DocuSign account set up and I was just about to send a contract to be signed by the recipient, however, a noticed popped up that said I’ve reached my envelope limit. I don’t understand this, since I’m supposed to be allowed 10 envelopes per month and this would be my first one. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Whenever I try and go to Plans & Billing in the Admin page, the page loads up for a second and then immediately starts continuously reloading.I have tried Anonymous sessions and other browsers all unfortunately behave the same, meaning the reloading happens on them as well.Please help

Noticed a glitch that allows us to correct an existing envelope by adding templates that were mistakenly left out. When doing so, it only adds the template documents and does not include any of the pre-set fields from the template. We’ve been having to start a new envelope when this occurs so that the fields will populate as they should. Is there a way around this or is it a bug that can be fixed?

The envelope ID is currently only accessible by going into the envelope itself - could this possibly be displayed on the “sent” page after the envelope is sent, in a copy/paste format? It would be helpful for tracking, reporting, and searching what we’re sending as a company.  

We are currently using DocuSign with our Trimble Unity Construct software in construction department.  We are getting a error that says : Freeform  signing is not allowed for your account because it conflicts with other settings, please place signing tabs for each signer.  We have to have signatures on multiple pages of documents from the same person.  Both locations we have added a signing tab for each place so the person signing  is not just signing wherever on the document.  Contacted Trimble support and they said it is a DocuSign issue.  Any help is appreciated. 

Hello, question about pricing / costs.It’s my intention to create an integration so my customers can use their own Docusign accounts.  I noticed there was a pricing page, which included a limited number of envelopes per month for $50 on a per user basis.There’s no planet where me paying $50 per user, in addition to the customer using their own account, makes business sense.  So I’m just hoping I can get some clarification on how this works. 

Employee cannot access envelopes needing to be signed by a signing group. I did confirm she is assigned to that signing group. What could I be missing?

HELP HELP HELP Someone please help me before I eat a whole block of chocolate.  Im a new user and docusign seems to have very basic functions missing.  Forgive me if Im wrong.  At the moment Im disliking docusign thats why im reaching out.  I have issued 260 agreements and managing these seems to be a challenge.  Im sure there is a better way but I had to get these out urgently and it was/is what it was/is.  Sorting seems to be an issue for me.  I would think all the latest completed documents sit at the top of the list on the first page (date order)  but for some reason, they don’t - its random and there is no filter/sort function.   The order of these agreements is erratic.  Side note:  I created 2 separate folders that I move the completed agreements into once I have completed the PDF and Formdata.   This helps me identify the ones I have already downloaded the PDF and Formdata for.  The rest sit in SENT folder on the screen until I do my thing.   This seems t

Hi everyone,I'm using a DocuSign Developer (demo/sandbox) account for API testing and have reached the envelope limit. I understand this is a common limit in sandbox environments, but I need to continue testing.I also have a regular DocuSign account, but I'm not on any paid plan currently.When I try to access DocuSign Support to request a reset, I'm unable to log in. It says "Unable to log in" — I believe this is because free developer accounts don’t have full support access.I came across the DocuSign support form (https://support.docusign.com), but I’d like to confirm:- Is this the correct way to request a reset?- Is there a faster way to get envelopes reset for sandbox accounts?- Do I need to be on a paid plan to request a reset, or is this still available for free developer accounts?- I stumb

JUST MAKE IT CUT AND DRY AND EASY FOR EVEN SENIORS THAT AREN’T THAT TECH SAVVY TO SIGN THEIR DOCUMENTS INSTEAD OF LEADING THEM OFF INTO OTHER DIRECTIONS AWAY FROM THE TASK AT HAND. COUNTLESS TIMES I HAVE TO MANAGE WHAT SEEMS EASY TO US, BUT DIFFICULT FOR OLDER GENERATIONS THAT HAVE NEVER SEEN DOCUSIGN OR ARE EVEN GOOD WITH THEIR MOBILE DEVICES. I WORK IN THIS TYPE OF INDUSTRY AND IT JUST ABSOLUTELY DESTROYS ALL THE HARD WORK DUE TO THE FRUSTRATION THAT THIS PRODUCT CAUSES THESE ELDERLY PEOPLE THAT HAVE TO USE THIS PRODUCT ONLY TO BE LED ASTRAY TO CREATING ACCOUNTS...LEAVE THAT AT THE BEGINNING OF ACCOUNT CREATION FOR THE UTILITARIANS IN THE CORPORATIONS THAT ACTUALLY ARE USING THIS FOR THAT REASONS. ELDERLY CLIENTS DON’T NEED TO BE LED ASTRAY AND MORE CONFUSED AND WORSE LOSE TRUST AND BECOME FRUSTRATED. 

I am getting friends asking if I sent them docusigns.  I have not.  So either my email got hacked, which I don’t show any emails going out or its coming from docusign directly using a false account under my email.  Is there a way to prevent any more of these emails from going out?  Because I never sent a docusign out before?

Hi,I am posting for a new agent who is having issues with DocuSign.  He is able to create a room, load and edit documents within the room, and then when he clicks the check box on documents he needs to send for signature and then clicks “create envelope” he gets an error message of “Unable to Access Envelope”.  Tried researching and did see that it’s often related to an envelope being corrected.  That being said, the error is showing when a brand new envelope is being created. **We access DocuSign through the Command Database (Keller Williams).  Any help or insight appreciated.Thank you!April

I signed a contract a few year ago and I can’t seem to find the contract.  It was initiated by another company and I didn’t have a docusign login at the time.  The emailed copy of the contract I believe has been deleted.  Is there a way to pull it out of the archives?

When editing permission profiles based on DS Sender, I see Allow Transactions and the sub options for Create, Delete Documents & Delete Transactions.  What are these for? Is it for Rooms? I am not familiar with Transactions in eSignature. And searching for these terms seems to pull up Rooms and Mortgages. 

I had created an envelope with one of my email address (which I don’t remember now). I do have the signed copy of the envelope and the mail that was used to receive the document as I had to sign it as well (with a different email address). I need to make modifications to the envelope and send it out again, but I dont know the sender email address which I used. Is there a way to find out the sender email address, if I have the envelope ID(which is present on the signed document)

Hi,I’m working with a sandbox to integrate docusign in my web app. My service is able to create the envelopes and, checking on the docusign developer page all appear to work properly. The problem is that the mail never get to the recipients.This is my second integration with docusign and I’ve never experienced truble like this, I’ve tried to resend from my docusign developer page, change the addresses and check the spam of all the mail that I’ve sent the envelopes.For my developer account I’ve created 2 accounts one for each integration that I’m working on.I’m fresh out of ideas and I don’t understand if there is some mistake on my part that I should fix or if it’s something platform related.Thanks,Best RegardsPietro

For a month now, DocuSign support has been taking me around in circles. There is a major defect in the checkbox group validation, By selecting the “Exactly 1”, or “No more than 1” validation option, the end-user should be able to check only one box out of the selected Checkbox Group (and not be able to select multiple check boxes), however this is not working as designed. The end result is the user can select (and check) all the checkboxes in the group. Hi!I’ve been trying to use the Bulk Send feature in DocuSign, but I’m running into issues.What I’ve done so far: Created a template and ensured my Data Labels match the field names exactly. Prepared a CSV file trying to follow DocuSign’s formatting guidelines. Tried uploading the CSV for Bulk Send. The problems I’m seeing: Sometimes I get an error message telling me to “use Bulk Send Version 2.” Other times I just get a generic error. What I need help with: Confirming that Bulk Send is fully enabled on my account. Understanding the exact way to format the CSV for custom field mapping.
