Prevent users from forwarding completed envelopes

Prevent users from forwarding completed envelopes: When selected, the 'Forward' option for completed envelopes is hidden in the sending experience.I've observed this configuration within the Admin Settings. Could someone please clarify where the forward option is getting hidden? It would be great if you could provide a screenshot for reference.

Changing a document after it has been sent and before it has been signed.

I sent out a real estate sales contract to the buyer. The buyer asked me to change the closing date. I deleted that document from the packet and inserted a replacement document. Now I need to put in the initial and signing locations and resend the entire packet. Is this possible? Or do I have to just resent the entire packet and redo all the signing and initial locations?

Problem Report: Signed documents by sender not tracking, and not showing in Action Required section in Home

Up until recently: we used to be able to create an envelope, add the customer details, click send and then "sign" the sections required. The tracker for the document, in "Waiting for others", would show the first step completed: 1/X, indicating that the sender "signed" their partNow... we do this, however: The document is in fact not signed (when you check in pending from others, tracker still shows 0/X)The tracker still shows 0/XWe now must go to the DocuSign email, review the doc and sign.How do we correct this to streamline the process and reduce the number of steps required?

Powerform Sender Historical Data

I was hoping you can help me. I recently changed the owner of a powerform and when they tried to pull data data they only got it for the moment and time the owner was changed. If we need historical data with a different sender how can they go back and pull old data? Do I change the owner back to who was the owner with the historical data (2023).

I recently confirmed that Bulk Send is included in our account. I am the Administrator and am trying to figure out how to use. I watched a tutorial - but find that Bulk Send doesn’t show up when I’m in the Add Recipients step. How do i get it to show up? Thanks so much!

Message in Document Retention Policy section“You can enable a document retention policy to set the number of days that completed, declined, and voided documents are kept”. The value goes up to up to 9,999 days.But in the help page it states “If you choose to set a retention period, any affected envelopes are placed in a purge queue for 14 days, after which the documents in the envelopes are deleted from the DocuSign system.“Question: If I enter “5” under “Keep for this many days” with the files be purged in 5 days or 14 days or 14+5 days (19)? Please clarify.

Sign W9 without having to see old signatures

When we try to sign W9, the form comes with the signature of the person who came before. Whereas, we would like to avoid the recipients being presented with the 'My signatures and Initials' pop-up and go straight to 'Adopt your signature'.So that when a new user come, he doesn’t see the signature of the person who came before him. Right now the form populates all the list of signatures which were already used before the new user.

I have sent a document to myself. I can see the document in my inbox attached to Docusign. However, when I click on the file to view it (in the preview pane on the right hand side) my boxes i had dragged over there for signing and the date do not show up. If I send it to someone else they are able to view the boxes just fine. I thought that I could see them before, was there a change?

Power of attorney with unknown Authorisers and authorised representatives

Hello,we would like to use DocuSign for power of attorneys for our annual general meeting. Every year we have about 250 power of attorney documents filled out. Our ideal process should be like:Companys cancel their participation at your annual meeting in a booking form in our extranet (this is obligatory) Then, a document should be opened (API conncetion DocuSign to our extranet would be provided) where the authoriser has to fill in his company name, a certain number and the company who will be his authorised representative. He finally signs the document. this document should then be sent to this authorised representative who signes it as well finally the document should come back to us to be included in certain booking information connected to the registration at our annual meetingOr is it possible to map this whole process in online forms with only a completely filled out document as a result of the input in the forms at the end?Authoriser as well as authorised representatives are un

Hello, we had a recent change in domain of our organization from @harsco.com to @cleanearth.com. We have one user who had the account with previous harsco domain and after the domain change we created a new account with cleanearth domain because of the SSO login issue. Now user is looking to merge both accounts and need his old account templates. Please help me fix this issue.

Action Needed List Sorting

Hi. Wondering if anyone else has inquired about the ability to sort the Action Needed list by date, oldest to newest? Seem totally logical to me that this would be a feature so that the oldest items appear at the top of the list.I inquired about this several years ago and, best I can tell, there have been no enhancements to the user interface since we started using DocuSign. It also seems like an incredibly easy enhancement to implement.If I’m missing something, please share.Thanks!

How to limit a witnesses visibility to a document within a DocuSign envelope

HelloA witness is required to sign a document in an envelope sent out to them. The signer specifies their witness. Is there any way in which you can limit the witness viewing the whole document within the DocuSign envelope and just limit their viewing/access to the signing page they are required to sign?I have had a look on “Sending Settings” visibility for envelope recipients but it does not give me an option to change the Document Visibility within this tab. There is also a Note stating that “A document cannot be hidden from a recipient if the recipient has tabs assigned to them on the document”.This indicates to me that if a witness has tabs on a document, there is no way to limit that witness from viewing the full document and only limiting their access to the signing page in question. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this to see if my request is possible?Thank you

A document was sent to Individual 1 and signed. The document was forwarded for signature to Individual 2. What does Individual 1 see. 1. Do they know the document was forwarded? 2. Can they access the document after it was signed by Individual 2?Thanks.

Pages layout changes when uploading document

I have a PDF document with three Word pages and 2 PowerPoint slides, all merged in one document. Word pages are vertical and PPT ones are horizontal. When I upload the document in DocuSign all pages are shown in vertical disposition so you won’t be able to look the whole image in PPT slides. I send envelopes containing the same kind of pages all the time and this has never happened to me before. I don’t know if there’s a way to change pages orientation or how I’m supposed to fix this. Any idea? Thank you!

The Company account of a signer is preventing access to an envelop sent by a vendor

I sent an envelope to be signed by several users. The user’s company has their own Docusign account that seems to be preventing them from signing in. Part of the error message says that their company has configured the application to block users unless they are specifically granted (‘assigned’) access to the application. How can I help them get signed in to sign my company’s envelope?

I want to send a contract to a client for signature. Lender wants the report to show the clients email address and their mobile number. How can I get their mobile number to show on the report as when setting up the document for Esign there is no where that it lets you enter a mobile number only email address. Hope this makes sense!

Why can't I add a field when I'm correcting an UNCOMPLETED doc?

I’m trying to correct a document as the other party’s signatory has changed.We have signed, the other party has not. I select Correct then a message “Missing fields for recipients” comes up and I select Add Fields but nothing happens. I don’t want to have to void the entire document and resend but that appears my only option.

DocuSign seems designed to waste time in very small increments.1) Times out too quickly. Then I must hit Log-in on the First page. Username on Second page. Password on Third page. With autofill I should just be able to hit one button on the First page and be done.2) When typing text, the box turns into almost a square that I must resize and reorient. When is that a helpful feature? Just leave what I type how I typed it. No brainer.3) Pages don’t preload so there is a lag when scrolling. If DS wants to avoid unnecessary data usage on the server, at least preload the very next page as one scrolls.4) The new # field: If I want a decimal point, I will type it. Why are they default? Just use text.5) When uploading docs with fields, why the floating bubbles that tell me they were detected? Why must I individually X out of each of them in order to see my screen and use the program?6) When printing, why must I hit Custom

Bank Routing & Account Number?

First time trying to use docusign, requesting banking information from Customer’s for automatic ACH payments. I need their bank’s 9 digit routing and their bank account number ranging from 5-17 digits. What field do I use to gather this information? Also, using a radio button to select between checking and savings account, but it does not display in preview. Please help!

Format error with word table - top of page shifted downwoards

Hi community,I have created a Word Document which is formatted as a table. If I upload it to DocuSign eSignature additional lines are created and the top of page two onwards is shifted down.Did anyone have a similar problem and know how to fix it in Word/DocuSign?Of course I can export the file as pdf every time before uploading it, but I hope for a general solution.Thank you!

Envelope limit reached

I use zipforms to send real estate forms via e sign to docusign. I created an evelope and it will not send.. the message I receive is envelope limit reached. We just renewed our corporation docusign account, so I am pretty sure i have a valid account. Zipforms says call docusign.
