my portal says i have 107 ‘waiting for others’, but when i scroll down i can only view about 30 of them. any ideas where i can see the rest?
Is is possible that you have multiple accounts on different server environments, like EU and NA?
There currently is a bug related to this for some users, when an envelope is created on a different on a different server environment and the users global default account is set to a different one. This has already been reported and is with Engineering. If this is the case, I can add you as an affected customer to the ticket.
