The easiest way to approach this scenario would be creating a template based on your form, where you can add the signature and text box fields as needed. If you are unaware of your signer’s identity before hand, you could also complement your template with our PowerForm feature, which allows you to generate a URL that leads to your template, where your signer can enter their contact details. You’ll be able to eliminate document preparation time (by using a pre-existing template), and easily pull collected data into your existing applications. The link can be generated that can be emailed, sent via SMS (on certain enterprise plans), or embedded into your website.
