Hi, we often need to send out application forms for completion. Some questions require a YES/NO response, but others require free text responses. IE customer name, address, additional information. The document is 11 pages long.
Being a frequent user of Docusign for obtaining signatures…. Is it a simple process / possible for an application form to be uploaded to send to customers for completion? to be user friendly.
Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated.

The easiest way to approach this scenario would be creating a template based on your form, where you can add the signature and text box fields as needed. If you are unaware of your signer’s identity before hand, you could also complement your template with our PowerForm feature, which allows you to generate a URL that leads to your template, where your signer can enter their contact details. You’ll be able to eliminate document preparation time (by using a pre-existing template), and easily pull collected data into your existing applications.
