Drop down field missing

We have just signed up for an IAM for CX account. When we had a trial developer account I could add a dropdown to my template from the standard fields. Now that we have an IAM for CX account I don’t have as many options in the ‘Standard Fields’ section. Please can someone explain why or how I can get them?

SSO Certificate expired

Hello everbody, We use DocuSign for business purposes to our full satisfaction. To allow users and administrators to log in, we use SSO (Single Sign-On). However, our certificate has expired, and we can no longer log in to renew it. A ticket has been created with DocuSign, but unfortunately, we have not received a response, and we have been unable to operate for a week now. Is there anyone who can provide us with a backdoor or upload the new certificate? This would be extremely helpful for us.
