SSO Certificate expired

Hello everbody,

 

We use DocuSign for business purposes to our full satisfaction. To allow users and administrators to log in, we use SSO (Single Sign-On). However, our certificate has expired, and we can no longer log in to renew it.

A ticket has been created with DocuSign, but unfortunately, we have not received a response, and we have been unable to operate for a week now.

Is there anyone who can provide us with a backdoor or upload the new certificate? This would be extremely helpful for us.
