We would like to use your software recently purchased to use for signing doc’s for my company in Poland however the lawjer is not accepting docusign

What is this discussion about?

The signature must be a qualified electronic signature (QES).

(EU Regulation No 910/2014, eIDAS).

Only such a signature is, under Polish law, equivalent to a handwritten signature on paper for all documents.

(A standard electronic signature is not sufficient. For example, the Szafir system offers both a standard electronic signature and a qualified electronic signature (which is more expensive).

It doesn’t matter which company provides the service. What matters is that it has an EU certificate….

We’ll check whether the electronically submitted signature is ‘qualified’ on the Polish gov.pl server.   And that’s it.

To answer your question: I use a QES signature provided by MSzafir (EU-certified for qualified signatures).
