I answered one of the security questions wrong it says to reset the envelope

How do I do that?

I answered one of the security question it says to reset the envelope I don’t know how to do that. Could I do that or do I have to get in touch with the person who sent me the information thank you

The sender will be able to reset the envelope’s authentication process by resending it. Under these circumstances, you will be required to contact them so the envelope can be resent.
