Is there a way to have it send an email to someone in the company when a contract has 30 days before it expires?

Hello @Phill.McDaniels ,

Thank you for confirming and reaching back.

Unfortunately, no, this is not possible using IAM, any expiring notification will be sent to those who are part of the signing order and that is holding the document from being completed.

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.
