Can we give Agreement Manager - (formerly Navigator) access to a user with viewer permission profile

Access to Navigator agreements and features is set at the account level for users and groups. There are two ways that Navigator access is assigned:

1. Manually assigned by an account administrator. Administrators can assign Navigator access from the User or Group profile page under the Admin menu. ( Go to the Admin tab > Users > Select your user with a “Viewer” permission profile > Manage navigator Access 

   

2. Managed by an assigned permission profile. Navigator access for the Viewer Permission profile isn’t enabled by default. Administrators will need to create a Custom Permission Profile that includes the Navigator permission to View all agreements in the account and assign that Profile to your users. Go to Admin tab > Permission Profile > Locate Viewer Permission profile, click on Actions > Copy > Enable the Navigator Access. Once created, change your user’s with a “viewer” permission profile to the created custom permission profile. (Go to Admin tab > Users > Select on the User > Click on Actions > Edit > Change the permission profile.)
