Hi DocuSign community!

I’m currently working on a responsive web design project and using DocuSign to handle approval workflows for design assets and mockups. However, I’m facing some challenges in efficiently managing the approval process for assets that need to be reviewed across different screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop).

I’m looking for advice on how to streamline the approval process for responsive designs in DocuSign, especially when it comes to ensuring feedback and approvals are organized by device view or asset version. Sites like sincere mechanic seem to handle these workflows smoothly, and I’d love to hear how others are using DocuSign for managing approval tasks in a design project.

Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Any document/file/image that gets uploaded to Docusign gets flattened into a PDF so it will not scale like a vectorized image as screen resolutions expand and contract. Your best bet is to organize the assets and render them as desired in your design program, then save to PDF format before uploading to Docusign.
