Time Stamp in Agreement Desk Request Activity Feed and Last Activity Column of AD Dashboard

Currently there is no way to determine the timing of when items are added to the Activity Feed; it only shows the date and then a listing of activity on that date. This is problematic for us from an audit and tracking perspective. Can the system add a timestamp? 

Also, it also looks the Last Activity column in the Agreement Request Dashboard used to have a timestamp (based on screen shots in the Agreement Desk User Guide) and now it doesn’t (in my Developer account at least). Has this data point been removed entirely?![endif]-->!--[if>
