I had a contract on my google workspace account and the account has been removed

I signed a document on DocuSign with my workspace google account, and now the company has removed my account completely, I can’t access this account anymore..what can I do to get this contract back? it’s too important and I’m able to provide any information needed to verify that this email is mine.please it’s too urgent and I need someone to contact me in regard to this issue.

"You have not granted or have revoked your consent to be impersonated by Docusign Apps Launcher" error

Has anyone seen this issue with Docusign in the Production setup? I set up the user everything is alright. This user 1st time submit for signature, instead of the system requesting for granting access, it hits the error - screenshot straight away. My admin account still can submit for signature. Some suggestions on web says that I have to uninstall the application to re-set the access which is the last thing we want to do for go-live.

Powerform link with parameters is failing

We have an Azure Logic App process that uses information from a SharePoint list to create a Powerform link with parameters. Occasionally the links fail with the message “System Error: Your DocuSign request cannot be processed at this time.” We have one use case in which the link seems to always fail. Staff have entered information three times and in all three the Powerform link with parameters is failing. The process is working for other list items. Anyone know of a way to troubleshoot this?

Can't find files after using the Migration Tool on a custom object

Hi, We are trying to move to DocuSign Apps Launcher. I have used the migration tool to move our old DocuSign Status’ to the new DocuSign Status object. We have done this for a Custom object called Partner/Client. You can see in the attached screenshot I have the Envelope Status as a component - which is the only way it will show on Custom objects. But I am unable to get to the documents in that envelope. When I click the little drop down and say ‘view envelope’ I am not taken to the actual DSX record where the documents are typically found in the notes and attachments. How do I get to these historical documents? It should be noted that I am working in a Salesforce Sandbox connected to a DocuSign Dev account - could this be the issue? If this is supposed to work a certain way could some please point me in the direction of how this would look in production? Thanks!

Lookup to case from case contact (custom object)

We have a standard DS button on cases for HIPAA verification and Related list to case which is Lookup to case from case contact (custom object). The issue is when configuring Recipient under relates list feature of DS I’m not able to limit the choice for sender to choose from case contact (a related list/lookup to case) Instead I’m getting all the org email ids to choose from which I don't want. I want users to send/choose from document to only related case contact object.

Hello, I would like to integrate Docusign in a hubspot CRM, but I encounter a problem with the connection to my docusign account, it says that I’m “partially connect”. Did you guys have the same problem? Also I didn’t find the “connect button” in Docusign to enable the connection.

Hello!We recently upgraded from eSignature (Legacy) to DocuSign App Launcher in our Salesforce environment. We have two use cases for our users with DocuSign.An API call is made where a document is generated then sent using the system sender email A DocuSign button is pressed to allow users to send a custom document in an envelope to a client.Once we added permissions for our users to accomplish the second use case, envelopes that were generated via the first use case started being sent out from users personal email addresses rather than the system sender email address.Is it possible to allow users access to customize documents and send out envelopes via the custom DocuSign buttons without either having to add them as DocuSign users in Salesforce OR to set the default email that ALL documents that come from Salesforce come from to a specific address? It seems like we could hard code into our solution for the first use case that the email address used is always our default, but this s

Could not find a DocuSign User entity for the current user - transaction creation failed

We have integrated dynamics 365 with DocuSign. We have created a power automate which creates an envelope on click of button from model driven app. We are not facing any issue in the Create Envelope step in the Power automate which uses the DocuSign Admin Account. but we are facing an issue while adding the “Docusign Transaction” record this datverse step uses a service account whose account we have created in Docusign as well. This is the error we are getting “Could not find a DocuSign User entity for the current user - transaction creation failed”

Zapier integration data mismatch

I have a DocuSign template that is pre-populated with information from Excel and uses Zapier as the integration tool to populate this template.In general it works great, but on occasion there is a mismatch of information of what is on the document to what is sent from Zapier. In these cases, the Zapier logs/history show no data sent a field(s) to the template, yet there is data in the DocuSign document that is sent.Is there something that needs to be done to stop this behavior as if Zapier does not send information for a field that field should not be filled in by DocuSign with some seemingly random information? (sort of like it is not clearing a cache or something)

Not able to merge fields into envelope template

Hi, I am getting error when I try to place merged fields from salesforce to Envelope Template.Save Error: Some fields might be out of sync. Unable to connect to the service. Failed to connect to the salesforce service.I disconnected and reconnected the DocuSign but it didn’t solve the issue. We are currently running on 6.4v.What can I do to solve this issue?

Help! QuickBooks unable to connect to a remote server—How to fix!

I'm having trouble with QuickBooks being unable to connect to the remote server. This issue started after I changed some network settings on my computer. I've already checked my internet connection and firewall settings, and everything seems fine. Despite this, QuickBooks still can't establish a connection. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

The error message "DocuSign's Access or Refresh Token is invalid or has been revoked. Please contact Administrator" occurred during integration with Workday.

Although the refresh token is not yet 30 days old, and the password and ID for DocuSign have not been changed, the above error message appeared. If you have any idea what might be causing this issue, please let us know. My English isn't so good so feel free to ask me if there is anything unclear.

Set Document Name as the Signed Document Name

I am using DocuSign for D365 and after the document gets signed, a pdf of the signed document is saved to the Dynamics entity. I only have to option to set the name of the signed document to the DocuSign document subject, which is the email subject. I need to set it to the name of the document_signed. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!

Hi,I am an IT staff at the headquarters of a global company currently using Workday across our entire group, including subsidiaries in various overseas regions. We are planning to integrate the Workday Recruit module with DocuSign to send offer letter to recurit canditate. We understand that Workday can be connected to only one DocuSign account.Given this limitation, we would like to inquire whether it is common practice for other global companies to have HR representatives from overseas subsidiaries and the Japanese headquarters share a single DocuSign account. Salesforce: Signature, initial, and date tags on template not showing up when sent through envelope.

Recipients have to add the sign, initial, and date tags themselves. Wasn’t a problem when I didn’t use the envelope.

Hi there, I have jobber and docusign connected. When I have an approved quote through jobber, docusign is automatically supposed to create a Project Scope of Work form and attach to the quote in jobber. This has not been happening. Are there any settings in docusign that I need to change? I have checked everything in Jobber and all the settings are correct.

RCA Docusign failure 4th of June 2024 with Netsuite

The morning on 4th of June we had a problem with all of our Netsuite customers who use Docusign. Due a failure of Docusign, they weren't able to make any transaction in NetSuite.We allready fixed the problem except we have customers who would like to recieve a Route Cause Analysis of what happend.
