Completed Document not found in SharePoint

I’m receiving an error trying to store document using the archive to SP library rule. {"entries":[],"errors":[{"reason":"UNKNOWN_SYSTEM_ERROR","errorBody":{},"name":"ArchiveSystemError"}]}I’m try to store a PDF.The connection account has full permissions to the library.

Unable to read DocuSign Envelope Recipient Status records from Salesforce Record triggered flow

Hi,Is it possible to trigger events based on a specific recipient signing the envelope (DocuSign eSignature for Salesforce)?Example: Contract goes to two people a) Client b) Sales ManagerUpdate a salesforce field as soon as the client signs, even though the envelope is not complete. I tried with a salesforce record triggered flow to see if there is any update to the DocuSign Recipient Status record. And a decision to check the Routing order and the Status. So that, I can perform my logic to update the field based on the decision outcome.But somehow it does not work. Can anyone please help me on this? Appreciate your support on this. Thanks!

Docusign email: cannot access it twice

Hi Everyone, I have an issue with the docusign email I am received for signature.I can only access them once. If I do not sign it right away and had to re-open the email later on, it just all greyed out. I do not have access to the link anymore.Is there any solution to this issue?

Power Automate integrations - Update_envelope_prefill_tabs

Hello all, we are having some difficulty with their Power Automate integrations.  Using the Update envelope prefill tabs' action, throws an error:Action 'Update_envelope_prefill_tabs' failed: The request body is missing or improperly formatted. No tabs specified. These settings 👆 produce output parameters such as 👇{"accountId": "*****************redacted***********************","envelopeId": "****Redacted***","documentId": "1","body": [{"tabType": "text","tabId": "00bdf6ac-6c0d-48d4-a819-6cb1ce9485da","value": "TestName"},{"tabType": "text","tabId": "e2ae030b-7e2f-446b-a2ff-f8e3cc83e394","value": "TestAddress"}]}  which returns a HTTP 400 with a body of {"errorCode": "INVALID_REQUEST_BODY","message": "The request body is missing or improperly formatted. No tabs specified."} However if I run a similar query with Docusign's API Explorer, I get what appears to be a successful response so I assume I am doing something wrong with the Power Automate action parameters, but cannot work out w

eMudra stamp/seal automation through Docusign

I have a docusign account, i want to add a default process were seal should be add default in all envelope before sending for Signature. Writeback to DocuSign Status Object with DocusSign App Launcher?

Hi,We are piloting an upgrade of the Docusign eSignature App (Version 7.2.1) to DocuSign Apps Launcher for Salesforce (Version 6.10.2).Behavior with the legacy eSignature app was for the signed documents to be written back to the DocuSign Status object.  It appears that the behavior in DAL is to write the signed documents back to the envelope’s related object (Opportunity, Contact, etc).Is it possible to change this behavior in DAL?  We have a lot of automation/code relying on the documents being attached to the DocuSign Status object that will need to be changed if we can not modify that behavior.

Contact custom field on order entity

We have the Docusign Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement integration installed. When working with both the Quote and Order table, we have a custom Contact field that we use. We would like the value in this field to be a choice for the Docusign recipient. Is there any way to configure our custom field as a recipient for Docusign?

DocuSign Completed attachments integration with Applied Epic

I noticed that when we send a document from our BMS, Applied Epic, after all signatures are completed, the signed documents automatically attach to the client file but the certificate of completion pdf does NOT attach.  We require to retain a copy of that certificate with our signed documents on file and now have to manually download it from DocuSign’s portal.  I could not find a setting to address this.  Can you please advise if this is possible and if so, how do I fix my settings to allow this to happen automatically? Thanks, Stacey

Populate custom field on Content File record when envelope documents are attached in Salesforce

Use Case:We send out “application” forms from our Contact record in Salesforce. The document attached to the envelope is a tagged template, to be completed by the recipient. With Connect we are populating the form fields back into the Contact record in Salesforce, and the completed document is attached to the record as a Content File. We have a custom field on Content File which is used to categorize attachments that is currently maintained manually after the document is attached.  Question:Is it possible to populate the custom field on the Content File record that is created when the envelope documents are attached back into Salesforce?  Where would we set up the custom field value as it would be different for each document we send out for completion.

Docusign does not load on SharePoint subsite

Hi, I integrated Docusign with SharePoint on a site and then added the application on the subsite, when I get the signature from the subsite, I authenticate to Docusign but then it doesn't load the documents for the signature, this doesn't happen on the site, only on the subsite.  Is there any additional configuration to do on the SharePoint subsite?thank you

Using Zapier to link Mailchimp survey response and then Docusign to auto generate NDA

I run a property business in the UK and I ask new investors I work with to complete an investor onboarding form in Mailchimp.I want to set up a Zap (Zapier) to then get a standard NDA/NCA doc in Docusign generated and sent to them automatically.At the moment I am doing this manually and I want to remove the manual operation.Can anyone give guidance on how to do this please? Thanks, Fiona

MetaData not copied

I’ve recently setup DocuSign for SharePoint on a site and turned on the option to “copy metadata”.  I have noticed that when the document is signed the metadata is not being copied.  What am I doing wrong?  I assumed that copy metadata meant that any custom columns in the library that contain metadata on the document would be filled in on the signed version of the document too?  I have the option to Store as a new document on.

Hello,We have a DocuSign account we use for an eSignatures integration in Workday and it is not linked to the organization account. I have been asked to link our HR account to the Organization account and I am not sure whether this will impact the integration we have set up on this account.Does anyone know if linking 2 corporate accounts has any impact on integrations?Thanks,Ana

Add Access Authentication to the Envelope Template via Docusign Apps Launcher on salesforce

Hello Docusign/Salesforce integration admins,  We have salesforce/DocuSign integration and i am a salesforce admin in my org. I set up envelope templates via DocuSign Apps Launcher on Salesforce. We have a requirement now to add Access Authentication on the envelope template level and see the available options are SMS/Phone or Access Code as in the attached screenshot   I am looking for a way to make this configuration dynamic by pulling the phone number or access code from a field on the salesforce record, and Docusign sends that code to that client's phone number or email address automatically. Is anybody aware if this is possible or if there is any workaround to do this? I am asking as we are triggering sending the DocuSign envelope immediately based on updating a field on the salesforce record and we don’t like to allow the user to see any configuration or to add documents, specify recipients, and place fields before sending. Thanks.

For this field Docugen return "DocGen creation failed.  One or more validation errors occurred."how to format properly the data that are send to this field to keep the formated tet ?

Template Fonts Changing with Power Automate

Hoping someone can help us here… we have a Power Automate flow that updates Prefill tabs on a template in DocuSign from a SharePoint list. All of the Prefill tab fields are set to Times New Roman Font, Black, Size 12. When the envelope is sent, it changes the font of the data in the tabs. I tried to set the font in the workflow but it didn’t work. Has anyone else experienced this?
