Has anyone encountered this error before? this is a message that gets presented when trying to add an additional user to through the SF integrated DocuSign Apps Launcher.

 

Failed to add one or more users:
>MAX_MEMBERS_EXCEEDED] The maximum number of members for the account has been exceeded.

Can you please message me directly with your Docusign account number and the email address you used for the account?

I would need to check first if there are any user limits on your account that could be the cause of this error.

Thank you for providing the requested information. 
Upon checking, your account has set the maximum number of Active Users on the account to 1 that is why you are getting this error.

Kindly check with your Docusign Account Executive to make changes to this limit.
