Hello,
Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.
Unfortunately, what you are trying to do is not possible, the DocuSign integration with Salesforce only allows 1 account to be connected at a time, you can either connect and disconnect as needed or you can create a subaccount with users who would be using the Salesforce integration, our apologies for any inconvenience: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=gab1637077302276&topicId=jgh1637077647417.html&_LANG=enus

Hi,
thank you very much for your reply!
We are a little bit shocked and also confused. Maybe we do not understand the concept correctly.
Let's assume there is a dozen of Docusign "sub-accounts" (not sure if I pick the correct naming) in one company account. One sub-account for each international subsidiary. This is because each subsidiary has different legal footers and different users would be entitled to "sign" for different legal companies, and so on. However, there is only one Salesforce instance/org, which also makes absolute sense and seems obvious and common for one company. In Salesforce, subsidiary access could be managed by the Salesforce access, sharing and role model.
I am trying to understand how a large company would use a Salesforce - DocuSign integration with DocuSign Gen in this setup?
How would it be possible for any user in any sub account to generate documents with DocuSign Gen for Salesforce?
This seems to be a very common scenario for any large, internationally operating company.
Maybe we are just missing some pieces in the puzzle. Do you happen to have any further hint for us?
Thank you!
Benjamin
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.
Usually, what is done is that the companies create a subaccount and add the users that need to use Salesforce and have that account connected to Salesforce. Sadly, at the moment the connection between several accounts and one Salesforce account is not available, however, any feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always more than welcome.
We’ll provide it to the Product team that is closely aligned with the area associated with the feedback. They will review it and determine the next steps.
In the near future, we will have a Community section that is dedicated to customer suggestions/feedback. You all will have the ability to upvote on what’s important and needed.
If you’re a DocuSign Administrator for a corporate plan, you have the additional option of filing your request directly when you’re logged into your account. You’ll be able to click the “Give Feedback” button at the bottom of the screen in order to submit your idea.
Let us know if you need further assistance with this.

Dear,
thank you for the detailed and very helpful feedback.
With the give information I don't understand how any international company would be able to use the DocuSign Salesforce integration. We have to let this settle a bit and think about alternatives. Nevertheless, the situation is now clear. Thank you!
