I have created action in Dynamic 365 with Get Signatures step. I published that action and it is working fine. When I created one more action with Get Signature step and published. My first action is no longer visible under DocuSign options on record in Dynamics (print screens below). Any suggestions with this issue?

I understand that you've had an issue with the visibility of your actions in Dynamic 365. I sincerely apologize for this.

I've coordinated with the Microsoft team, and they've advised opening a support case to further investigate your issue. To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case.” Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center

Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
