Power Automate - When an envelope status changes - Trigger Needed
I need to add completed envelope documents to Sharepoint, however we use Docusign to complete many different documents. I only want to add documents to Sharepoint that are for one specific thing (supply orders). My understanding is that I would need to add a trigger to the “When an envelope status changes” action. The two options I’ve found for triggers are the Envelope Custom Fields and the Document Custom Fields, but we aren’t able to add these to our envelopes or documents at this time.
Are there any other options for the trigger? For example, the subject heading for an email? I understand this is not as reliable as the two aforementioned triggers, but I need to find some sort of workaround.

Hello @chughes6
Thank you for reaching out, and a warm welcome to the Docusign Community! We are absolutely delighted to have you here and can't wait to share our knowledge with you.
I understand you need help with the Docusign trigger to save completed documents to SharePoint using Power Automate. I apologize if there have been some challenges, but I will definitely make every effort to assist you.
The email subject is available as a trigger, but it might require more work. Please check and see if you have this option, then test the flow. I agree that this may not be as reliable as Envelope Custom Fields, as ECFs are by far the best solution for these use cases, and it's precisely what they were designed for, downstream post-processing such as saving completed envelopes to SharePoint.
I hope this is helpful. If you consider the response above useful, please click “Select as Best” to mark it as the “Best Answer .” This will assist other users with similar questions in finding it more easily. Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you!
