I have a Salesforce sandbox connected to a developer account. When I invite users and they click on the activation link, it takes them to the log in page for their Docusign prod account instead of helping them create another account.
Steps:
- Receive activation email
- Click on ‘Activate’
- Click on ‘Create a New Account’ (the screen shown is: You have been invited to [insert name of dev Docusign account]
- The next form is a login form, not a create new user or reset pw form
- The URL is: account-d.docusign.com
I have spoken to a service rep about this and he said to ask them to do it in incognito. They did, but still the same result. We even tried to use another new browser (and we cleared cache) altogether. I also have removed and closed the user’s account and re-added them but same issue.
On the login form, the user typed in his pw (the pw for his only docusign account) and he was able to log in. Again, the URL was account-d.docusign.com. However, successfully signing into the developer account then stopped the user from generating document in our Salesforce live environment.
