Hello everyone!I am new to DocuSign, so my question may seem too simple. So I ask you for advice.When I send an envelope from Salesforce.com, several envelope custom fields (ECF) are automatically created. One of them contains the Salesforce.com record ID. Since objects of different types in Salesforce (Account, Opportunity, Lead, etc.) can initiate sending an envelope from Salesforce, the names of the Envelope Custom Fields (ECF) will be different (SFAccount, SFOpportunity, SFLead, etc.). And depending on the type of object, I want to display different text in the Email Resource template. For example, if a document from Salesforce is sent from the Account object record, then I want to display the following text:Account Id: [[ECF:ECF SFAccont]]If a document is sent from the Opportunity record, then:Opportuniyu Id: [[ECF:ECF

 Hello everyone, everything good?I would like some very complete help from you, it's the first time I'm dealing with this, so I'm pretty lost.The company I'm working for uses Pipefy for CRM and another subscription platform, from what I understand it works like this:There is a recipe in Workato that integrates with pipefy,At the end of the recipe (last 5 steps or so) it connects to a safe on the other platform where there are several documents with pre-defined text and where there are customer fields, there is a code that gets the information from the card within pipefy and fill it out and then send the envelopeI wanted to understand how I can do this within DocuSign.I tried to create a template within DocuSign, but how do I link the Pipefy fields within DocuSign?here is an example image of our contract with the fields in the other tool:

Is there a possible way to copy a docusign status for the envelope signed document to the quote object in salesforce?

In our newly implemented integration, I can see and download the PDF and Word files that are coming in to Salesforce via Docusign in the DocuSign status object. However, I’m unable to open the downloaded Word file and get this error - any suggestions? 

Hi,I’m getting licence warning when testing simple power automate flow. When i run it i get an error:“The user '<my account id>' does not have a service plan adequate for the non-Standard connection 'Docusign'. https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2123710” According to documentation i don’t need premium license to use docusign.

I have created an eSignature DocGen template.  I want to create 5 similar envelopes  using the same DocGen template. About 40% of the field data is the same across 5 envelopes , but the remaining 60% of the fields are unique data for each recipient. I expected to be able to create a one envelope using the DocGen template and save as a draft. Then copy the draft envelope and make DocGen field changes to the envelope copy, but the “copy” function is not available in the envelope drop down actions for the created envelope in draft - should I be able to copy a draft envelope? I see that copy does become active for the envelope after sending it, but the envelope copy shows fixed text for recipient 1, and I cannot edit/update field entries for the unique data for recipient 2.  Perhaps bulk send is the only way to achieve what I want to do?  But I’m reticent to use bulk send, since you cannot preview the generated documents before sending.

Hi Guys,I was recently asked to sign some documents using Docusign. I went to the site and download the windon OS program. Unfortunately, the program I downloaded required 64 bit mine is 32 bit. We went through a bunch of different ways with the company and I even tried Acrobat which they would not accept. Finally we signed the documents with 3 different witness. Which was crazy! Is there a windows 10 32 bit program???

I am trying to display a field in a Repeat xml tag, but I keep getting a xpath exception error.I have a template that uses the credit note object in Salesforce, and I am trying to display the unit price field on the invoice line object. I go from credit note > credit note line > credit allocations > invoice line > unit price. How can I use the forms in Transactions (ZipForms) then send them via DocuSign for signing?  I currently have ZipForms as an agent and have already paid for DocuSign separately.  I then found out that it can be done through ZipForms, but I can’t figure out how to do it.  The only way I know how to at the moment is to do the forms in ZipForms, then download them individually, to then drag them into DocuSign.  Then I have to manually place signing boxes and it is super frustrating and time consuming.  Please help!  TIA

We've enabled DMARK in reject 100% mode recently.And we've stumbled acrossed a problem.Docusign sometimes sends notifications on behalf of our users - so sender is ouruser@ourdomain.com BUT of course email is from Docusign IP.DMARC policy rejects such messages as Docusign is not a permitted sender (Docusign IPs are not ).Can we configure Docusign not to email on behalf of @ourdomain.com ?What is the best practice?Thanks! 

What steps are involved in integrating DocuSign with D365 F&O?

We try to install the app “DocuSign for Dynamics” in our Environment. Our Environment is located in Switzerland. We are not able to install the App, it displays always an error message (which is not helpful at all, it just states that we need to contact support). Is the reason for this that the data center is located in Switzerland? Unfortunately, we do not receive any feedback on our ticket in DocuSign...

Hi thereWe prepare our contract outside of DocuSign and upload the document for signing.We do not really use the “Field” except the signature field. We are quite puzzled as to how to enter “First Name” and “Last Name” of the recipient on the recipient page? We need this data for Zapier automation. Currently, we can only enter the recipient’s full name.Thank youJohnny

We have a partner portal built on Salesforce experience cloud where our resellers can bring in deals. We want our resellers to able to send documents to their customers to be signed and also capture some data that is written back to Salesforce fields.  We have been able to install the docusign package and setup a template configuration in Salesforce with all the merge field, field placement and even set the config to update certain Salesforce fields on send and successful signing. We want to be able to pull in the DocuSign template configuration in Salesforce and use that to send the template but can’t seem to find a way to do that in experience cloud.  With the Apex toolkit, it doesn’t appear to allow us to fetch the DocuSign template configuration in Salesforce and use that to deliver the envelopes. Looks like we have to hard code everything from the merge fields to updating the Salesforce fields on send and completion.  Does anyone kn

Hi,I am using DocuSign Apps Launcher version 6.4 in Salesforce and CPQ. I have configured the app and users as per the document. In the add document configuration, I have selected “Attach Documents from Salesforce record”. I am selecting a record with files and click the “Send DocuSign” button. I get an error “At least one document is required”. What am I missing? 

Consider a use case where a bank/finance company is  automatically generating a lease agreement for a car dealership to be signed by the purchaser of the car. We (bank)  want to autofill the “car price” which could editable by the dealership, but we want to autofill the “term” at 36 months but that’s locked down and uneditable. We can make this work on a basic word document but in our current docgen platform, the protected word doc basically blows up the doc gen template because it can’t read the template. Does DOcusign Gen support this use case? If so how? Can it inherit the protection attributes of the word doc, or would we set up the protection attributes in the DS Gen platform itself and they live on the template?

Hello,a month ago i was able to create tickets directly to the DocuSign Support on the DocuSingn website.now im not able to do so anymore instead i get forwarded to the SAP Support which does not have the DocuSign as Product.How can i get my access to the DocuSIgn Support on the DocuSign page again? I need to open DocuSign Tickets since im a Delivery Manager for DocuSign at NDBS! 

Hi, I have set up a flow in salesforce which sends out Docusign envelopes based on a triggered flow. The trigger works perfectly fine for me as the Admin, however, when I log in as one of my end users the envelope is not sent. I have checked to make sure the user is active, added permission sets (Docusign Login, Docusign Sender, Docusign User), and enabled the system sender setting for eSignature in Salesforce. What am I missing here?
