Hi Team, I am using DocuSign connector in power automate and calling this from powerapps.I have not created any connector in powerapps. still it asks everytime for docusign connection login to every user while they play(use) the app.I want to deploy the app for 100 users and will be using one license account for this and that will only be the connection in power automate. why then it asks every user for docusign login in powerapps.Kindly suggest how to avoid login. Regards,Hitesh Nagpal

Hi, I am using Docusign for sending quotes for signature from Salesforce. I created an envelope template on the quote object with auto placed fields/merge fields etc. Configured to take latest document from the record. I created a Docusign Gen Template using the same template as on envelope template and linked it for sending after generation to my envelope template. (Output as PDF)When I click generate and send, I am getting 3 documents appearing for sending instead of 1 ( latest from the quote) 2 documents are PDFs where the quote fields have rendered and populated correctly1 document is the envelope template itself where the fields are not rendered and are still showing. merge fields values. example (="/SBQQ__Quote__c/SBQQ__ExpirationDate__c"/> #>)I was expecting one document ready for sending with auto placed fields. If I deselect the envelope template, the other two documents although rendered with quote info, no long

We want to have 7 day void date contract pdf requirement which we generate out of opportunity object in Salesforce, and along with that we want to send a reminder after 3 days after contract is sent , and reminder 24 hours before the pdf is going to expire/void.Steps we can follow :We can set up this in DocuSign account 'Reminider & Expiration setting' Set "Days before request expires" to 7  We can put 'Days before reminder sent' to 3 , Assuming it will send the reminder after 3 days   We can set ‘Days between reminders’ to 3 OR We can set 'Days to warn signers before expiration' to 1 this will send warning email before 24 hours? Issues : Bit of issue with setting values in "Days between reminders:" this is a mandatory field, if we set this to 0 (Zero) , will it send reminder everyday??OR If we set it to 3 , will it send a reminder on 6th day ?? and then we also

I have created a zap to “Send Envelope Using Template” in zapier. The data is being pulled from a gravity form and imported into a Docusign template we use. In zapier the “data in’ section has the correct data importing but the “data out” in blank. This then causes the envelope to be sent blank (defeating the purpose). Any ideas on what I need to fix?

We are using DocuSign connectors in Power Automate to send documents for signature to recipients. I am using the "Generate embedded signing URL" connector. However, this link will expire once the recipient opens and closes the browser. If they reopen the URL, it shows the DocuSign page and indicates that the link has expired.

Hi Community, I want to use DocuSign for my docgen engine in my salesforce org, i have case, and each case has several service contracts and each service contract is with many contract line items. I am making a document in docusign based on case and want to display a table for each service contract with its contract line item. how can i configure the template in docusign to fetch the data and child data in salesforce? Because i need to send envelope for esignature and maybe the user needs to update a few fields in the document to reflect back in my salesforce.From what i found so far is i need to use apex toolkit with send envelope action. But i dont know how i can configure the docusign template with the merge fields in child and grandchild relationship. And if i use gen, it cannot be used with apex toolkit. My expectation is to send document containing salesforce data, child data and grandchild data and let user insert/update a few fields

I am creating a low code Microsoft PowerApp which uses Power Automate to connect to DocuSign. I want users to be able to upload a document in the PowerApp so envelopes can be sent as if they came from my myself. This would save a lot of admin for myself and would be a great way to collect the right information in the PowerApp.The Power Automate connection to DocuSign would use my login only for all users. Is this OK to do? We have an enterprise licence.

User has been added to docuSign and has the permission of DS Sender.  When trying to send offer letter from SuccessFactors geting the below error message.

Hello,First of all i’m really new to Docusign and I apologize if my question is super standard, but i did not find any help on the support page. I want to automatize with Make the sending of emails with a document to sign, to every new subscriber that is created into my airtable database.So i want to create an envelope in Docusign with one document to sign but : I don’t want to create a list of recipient now because i don’t know them all yet  I can’t add any field to the word document I uploaded (the drag and drop is not possible)So I’m pretty stuck...

We are looking into integrating Docusign with Open text Exstream which is the communications platform. Is there any documentation which specifies the same? What needs to be provided to Docusign to successfully initiate the Signing ceremony?

Hi, We have integrated Docusign with Salesforce for sending documents, we have one partner who is able to send documents just after the token is recently updated, however after 8 hours we get the the error message: attempt to reference an object: null30. Checking the debig logs it shows : getAccessTokenRequest|"System.HttpRequest[Endpoint=null, Method=null]"|0x37fc0b61I have personally updated the token for other partners and they are able to continue sending envelopes after 8 hours and after the days pass, Ive seen if one of our partners dont send envelopes in a period of 30 days or more the token expires, we update the token and then the issue is no longer present as they keeping sending envelopes or using actively the tool.I dont understand why this is happening every 8 hours. Not sure what we are doing wrong if I have followed the same steps to update the token facing no issue and now this happens unexpectedly.Please advise, thank you

We have a google form that is filled from Slack and goes to Google Sheets, from there we want a template sent out with certain fields assigned to the recipient to fill out. Currently it only sends out an empty template with no fields assigned to the recipient to fill out.

Hi All, I'm trying to create a DocuSign sign flow with template, while sending an envelope from the flow it is giving me below error:It appears that the error occurred in the 'Send_envelope' operation. The error message suggests that a template ID cannot be used for an envelope operation. To fix this error, you should check the 'Create_envelope_using_template' operation and ensure that the correct parameter is being used as the 'templateId'.Can someone please help me? Also, if using envelope template do I have to add documents and recipient in the flow? 

Hi,I am using ‘Docusign for Salesforce package’ for Docusign integration with salesforce, And according to documentation I am supposed to create a custom button to send the document for signature, is there a way to automate this where I can write code to deliver the envelope rather than the clicking the custom button?Thanks.
