Hi All,

I have set up a template on docusign and mapped all fields on smartsheet. When I generate the document data is not pulling and fields are blank.

Can you advise what the issue might be?

We’re sorry that you’re having issues with your Smartsheet integration, but I will point you to the best resources to fix the issue. Based on what you’ve shared here, it seems that the root cause of the problem is likely with Smartsheet. Smartsheet support will be in the best position to help fix the issue., as they own this integration and will have more information on its internal setup. If after going to Smartsheet support you still need assistance from our end, please confirm with them what specifically in your Docusign configuration is preventing them from connecting their application and we will gladly look into the situation as soon as possible.

@Angelo C. go to https://apps-d.docusign.com/send/preferences/general for dev environment and https://apps.docusign.com/send/preferences/general for production environment. enable the debug log for the integration user. then reproduce this issue and download the debug log. check whether the data is in the request api.
