Hi,

We are trying to move to DocuSign Apps Launcher. I have used the migration tool to move our old DocuSign Status’ to the new DocuSign Status object. We have done this for a Custom object called Partner/Client. You can see in the attached screenshot I have the Envelope Status as a component - which is the only way it will show on Custom objects. But I am unable to get to the documents in that envelope. When I click the little drop down and say ‘view envelope’ I am not taken to the actual DSX record where the documents are typically found in the notes and attachments. How do I get to these historical documents?

It should be noted that I am working in a Salesforce Sandbox connected to a DocuSign Dev account - could this be the issue? If this is supposed to work a certain way could some please point me in the direction of how this would look in production?

Thanks!

We are using version 6.5.1 of DocuSign Apps Launcher. Does that support seeing historical documents?

Hey there,

I did not set this integration up on the Salesforce side, so I can’t tell you how it works there.  We have ours set up to grab the completed documents (.pdf versions) and attach them to both a case and the person record in Salesforce.  They show up in our “Files” section in Salesforce once they’re complete.  I don’t know if this is helpful or not, I just thought I’d share.

Thanks,

Lindsay
